i absolutely love this sink
i absolutely love this sink. deep, wide, can wash cookie sheets in it. I even washed my dog in it. if my son was still little, i'd probably wash him in there too. the material is smooth but matte finish, so it always looks clean, even when it's not quite clean. I was concerned if it would drain properly as many of the large sinks seem to have that issue but it works perfectly and drains quickly. the color is a medium gray, it really doesn't look very metallic. I have Caledonia granite and it looks great with it. purchased a delta pull down faucet from lowes to go with it and couldn't be happier. the template provided was spot on...had no issues with the granite cut matching the sink. if you're replacing a dual top mount, be aware that your garbage disposal will sit much lower and you'll need to do some cutting/replacing of your pipes because the hole is in the center. I hope it lasts because it would be a bear to get it out of there. update 12/19 - this sink looks like the day I bought it. One nice thing that I didn't even consider when buying it is that it doesn't "clank" like porcelain or bang like stainless. I have an open floorplan, so the muffled thud this sink makes is appreciated. i'm getting ready to sell my home and it is the amenity I will miss the most. in fact, I will buy another for my next home.

Four years in and still looking great!
We've been putting this sink through its paces for four years now. Cast iron skillets, stock pots, silverware tossed in, stacked dishes falling over. Greasy food left soaking, hard water, boiling water, you name it, it's been through it, and come out like a champ.I will admit we've probably treated it SLIGHTLY gentler than we would a steel sink. We don't drop solid cast iron skillets onto the bottom, but it's had its share of bumps and bangs with the only visible damage being a few small nicks or divots (which you can only really notice if you are carefully watching water flow across the bottom or in the right light angle). On top of that, with some Barkeepers Friend, it cleans up pretty much like new any time. Highly recommended. As a side note, when the sink first arrived, the hardware was running around loose in the box, and had scratched it up pretty bad during transit. I contacted Blanco to ask how to handle this, and whether attempts to fix the scratches would prevent returning it. They reassured me they wouldn't have any issue with me trying to mitigate the scratches and suggested Barkeepers Friend for that purpose, and that worked perfectly. I don't know how they manufacture Silgranite, but it SEEMS like it is some sort of polymer or resin with powdered stone mixed/embedded in it. Amazing stuff.

Durable and Long Lasting Well Worth The Money!!!!
I have owned a total of three Blanco granite sinks and for each and everyone I have never had a problem with cleaning or durability. I have Black, White and now Gray. First, I like that they are deep sinks. I keep my dishwashing/hand wash ((Dawn Platinum) liquid in a smaller container, this way I can leave it in the sink and avoid it taking up counter space when not needed and it is not seen. They clean very easy, for all the colors I have owned, I never had a problem using bleach in any of the colors of my sink, not even the black. After washing out the sink i just wipe it down with a well squeezed dish cloth and it looks like new again. They are large and easy to clean large pots. I knew when I remodeled my kitchen again I was looking for another Blanco sink because of their long lasting durability. They are a great value for the money. I will never look at another type of sink besides these.

Clean White Simplicity
I've only had the sink a few weeks so I cannot comment on the long-term use of the product. At this stage, I'm very happy with my sink. Love how large and deep the basin is. I can put cookie sheets and large pans in with no problem. I paired it with River White Granite and it looks beautiful. I'm finding that stains do come out easily. I left a pair of scissors in there and it left a rust mark, had a short panic attack but then with a little vinegar and baking soda it came right out. I have also noted that diluted bleach cleans well, but overall it doesn't appear to stain or hold a stain. I am more confident to clean anything in it now. I will report back if anything changes, otherwise no news is good news from a happy customer.

They sell the sink saying it is super durable and does not stain
I wish I could return it but it’s already installed! They sell the sink saying it is super durable and does not stain, well that is not true. Biggest mistake I made in the kitchen. We have only had it about a month and it’s already looking old and staining. I hate the single bowl because it’s hard to keep clean it shows everything because of the color. But I’m very disappointed in the quality because it already looks like it’s a couple of years old. I will somehow have to replace it sooner than later 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Love It!
This is my second Blanco sink, I love this sink! Comes in different colors. My first sink was a 2-compartment black sink. My current Blanco in a single compartment in Cafe Brown. They clean easily, nothing stains them, scratch-resistant, and they are definitely eye catchers. I decided to go with the matching Blanco faucet and really glad I did. The 2-tone faucet also adds to the entuire look.

Love the look of this sink
Love the look of this sink. Beautiful dark gray with a little sparkle. Also good depth. But the first one we ordered developed a hairline crack in 6 months. The replacement is one year old now and just got a tiny chip. We're not hard on it, so buyer beware. Looks are great but function not so much.

I LOVE my sink!
I have 3 of these Blanco brand sinks in my house and I love everyone of them. I used this one for my kitchen sink and I have zero complaints. I have loved the one big sink without any dividers. I am able to fit large pans or griddles in there to wash easily and they are really deep. They have been super durable. I have had these sinks for 9 months and have seen no wear whatsoever. I was nervous about the dark color and keeping it clean, but it wipes and cleans up super good. I can’t say enough good about these and would order again for sure!
