Bob's Red Mill, Flour Unbleached White All Purpose Organic, 80 Ounce

This is some good stuff. Made some awesome cookies with dark chocolate and other stuff my wife put in there.

Best flour on the market. Great for everything "flour" related. I used it almost daily for very different recipes, cakes, muffins, bread (with yeast or with yogurt only), for fry-coating, etc. Worth the higher price!

I prefer this for my recipes requiring AP flour

This organic, all purpose, unbleached flour is great! I enjoy baking and cooking and anytime I have used it the food turns out great! Here’s a pic of some bread I used with this flour! Needless to say….. delicious!

I've always used the "name brand" flour and it's always been just "ok" however I'd seen a cooking TV ad about this flour and decided to try it out and see what the differences were between the name brand and Bob's Red Mill White Flour. Well, I have to say that the Red Mill Flour seems to be of finer quality, tastes ever so much fresher, like it'd been milled the day before. Makes a finer rhu for thickening and now I doubt if the name brand will ever again come to my kitchen again. Love it's great quality.

Have used a couple of time and seems to work nicer than regular AP flour. I reserve for use only with making bread.

It works well on my bread maker. It’s reasonably priced and it seems to work well for my needs. And I definitely like that it’s organic.

best flour for baked goods. rare to find in japan. I checked amazon recently so that I could stock up but they seem to have stopped selling it. PLEASE dont stop selling these!

Expensive but good

Very strong gluten flour. Flavourful and fresh. For health though Bobs Red Mill organic whole wheat is wiser.
