Fast and makes my hair look very shiny
Works great! I have always used a curling iron but my hair texture has changed and wanting to try this for my bangs. I am sure figuring out how to curl but I was able to easily give my bangs a nice wave really quick. I didn't realize that it came with the hair comb and clips and I found the clips very helpful. My favorite part was the lock, I can lock the flatner when unplugged and feel a little better about my babies not touching. Even when I put it on a place they cannot reach it, I still fear their little hands will get to it. The bag is perfect to put everything away in one place.

Not as good as I hoped
This straightener does not do the job like specified. It look sharp, easy to travel with, great locking feature, but I have thicker hair that is layered and only a little longer than shoulder length and it doesn’t flatten or style nearly as well as my Revlon from good old Walmart. The slate is very small too.

Temp to low
The description said it goes up to 400 heat, but it only goes to 230, and that’s not hot at all... I like that it came w a comb, and hair clips, but I need something w hotter temperature, and I contacted the seller about it and never heard back... and I’m back to using my old straightener

Buy it!
I love it! I’m very picky with my hair straighteners I haven’t tried the curling option yet but the temp control and the way it straightened is perfect.

Doesn't work
The plates don't close all the way so my hair didn't get very straight. Also doesn't leave hair shiny and soft like other flat irons. I am returning and buying something else.

Not very efficient and doesn’t close all the way
Don’t bother....only goes up to 230 degrees, not 450 as stated and it does not close all the way to grasp your hair to give you good results!

Not worth the hype
Worst flat iron I have ever used. It takes forever to do your hair. Curling feature does not work very well due to its consistent temperature.

It does not heat at all I can't make curls with either my hair looked disgusting when I straightened if I could put a 0 I would
