These lip balloons were the perfect touch to my sister’s 21st B’Day Bash set up. A lot of people liked the way they added a different touch to the balloon garlands.

Mine did not come with the holes on top. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I hadn’t 100% planned on hanging them, NOT filled with helium. Otherwise they’re great!

These lip balloons were great! I received 4 (they were all identical, I thought the picture showed two looking slightly different). They blew up easily and stayed inflated. Appreciate the holes on the top to be able to string them and hang if needed. So cute!

These ballons were a great addition to the ballon arch I created for a freaky forty party, the colors are very vibrant and beautiful. These were a great addition love love love them.
