im studying my Master's in Psychology right now and so far THIS IS MY MOST FAVORITE TEXTBOOK !!!it's so interesting yet so easy to understand. Give me so much clarity in each psychopathology issues. Very impressive.

My husband need this book for his class in Counselling Psychology. I rated it 5 stars because he compliments how the book deals with the issues in terms of its organization and seems quite satisfied with it.

It's a very well written book that gives you deep insight into Psychopathology. I can only recommend it!

Great book for our graduate level course.

This book looked fantastic, I am a teacher and thought this would be really great for my students. The fact that it is approved by the BPS gave me even more confidence. So I ordered it. When it arrived I could not wait to go through it and have a look at the online material that comes with the book. To my disappointment ALL of the online links do not work! I contacted Wiley about this issue and they have told me they would get back to me. This was two weeks ago! I have e-mailed again and received a bunt response explaining they would get in touch when the problem has been resolved. I am currently unable to use any of the links that was advertised along with the book. These books are expensive and I feel that this is false advertising. The content of the book itself is very good so I do not want to send it back but feel it has been mis-sold to me.

Anyone wishing to pursue a career in clinical/counselling/forensic psychology or mental health or psychotherapy you must buy this book. OK a little expensive but a small fee for me compared to not knowing what to do with my psychology degree when I graduate. I have now decided. A comprehensive text in which formulation, case histories/studies, assessment based on research and theory, practice-lead treatments (psychological and pharmacological interventions) are discussed in-depth. A must read for any undergrad or grad or even assistant psychologist or therapist in training.

It is a systematic and very thorough book. I am 72 a psychologist, and involved in therapy since 1976. I wanted to find out what the current state of thinking now. It is obviously designed for students. I wish we had books like this when I was at University. The website materials are excellent. This a great book for students or oldies like me
