Surprisingly it works
I had to take them a week straight to witness way faster results of how much both my hair and nails grew than usual. They’re longer pills but I wouldn’t say they were hard to swallow.

Work for me but heavy color
I think these work pretty well and are more inexpensive than my usual gummies but I found these color the urine so if that is something that irritates your bladder you might need an adjustment time or something else.
