I like that is so much easier to clean than past fountains I’ve had. We have hard water so it doesn’t take long to get gunked up. This one there’s no place I can’t reach to clean. It’s got a nice charcoal filter disk. Quiet and cats seem to really enjoy it. Now to just keep the toddler out of it 😂

I am glad purchasing this water fountain. My husband is big fan of Amazon and likes to purchase goods by searching best sell items. He originally ordered Catit Water Fountain. After placed the order, we received the cancellation from seller 2 weeks later due to lack of stock…..seriously 2 weeks waiting without any apology.Then I ordered this water fountain instead and glad I did. Unlike Catit, it only took 2 days to arrive with standard shipping. The product pack was so cute. I thought I received a surprising cake. The fountain is very easy to assemble. I set it up as Flower Waterfall for my cat. Cat is always curious for the new things. Not even a minute after I set it up, my cat came to enjoy his own water fountain. And you can feel right away that your cat is really like it.It is real simple to assemble the fountain as well as easy to disassemble for cleaning. It features intelligent power-off protection. Once the water is below, it automatic shut it off. For a 17 lbs cat with half wet and half dry food feeding, it took exact a week to trigger power-off. So I know exact how much water my cat drunk. I will take this chance to clean and refill the fountain. Cats naturally get water from their food and don’t drink water. Lot of cats get sick due to don’t have enough water especially been feed dry food. After a month use, I noticed my cat drunk more water and has better energy. I am absolutely glad for purchasing this fountain.Only one drop back is...I need to clean litter box more often.

Perfect for my 2 cats! There was always an issue with them swatting their water bowl and getting water everywhere. No longer an issue as they are in a delightful trance watching the fountain of fresh water. They absolutely love it! Easy to assemble and was ready to use in minutes of unpacking. Excellent product!!

I bought this for our dog because her bowl would get pink rings around the top and looked really stagnant. So a friend of mine recommended I get a pet fountain for her. I'm so glad I did! This fountain keeps the water in a good steady flow and it's always crystal clear. I was afraid my dog would be afraid of it because she is a little skiddish but she walked right up to it and drank from it right as soon as I put it down. I like that it comes with the 2 nozzles. I haven't had to clean it yet but there aren't many components to it so if and when the time comes to give it a good wipe down, there shouldn't be any problems. A few things to be aware of. When you first get the package, don't do what I did. I looked everywhere for the nozzle attachments and assumed mine weren't packaged... Wrong! They package them inside the bowl part of the fountain. Also bear in mind the bowl needs to be plugged up in order for the water to come to the top. If you are somewhere without electricity you may just need to take the top off and use it like a regular bowl. Overall I think this was a great buy and I feel so much better about the water our dog is drinking.

My cat is a snob and will ONLY drink out of a running faucet. The problem is that he gets hair in my sink and sometimes I turn it on and forget to turn it off until WAY later. I bought this cat fountain in hopes that he would use this instead... and he loves it! I use the bubbler option and it’s like drinking out of a forever running faucet. It comes with a longer plug so you can put it on the ground and it reaches an outlet. Definitely a must for cats.

I waited a long time before buying a fountain for my girls because the reviews on the stainless said they rusted, and the reviews on the plastic ones said they had so many small nooks and crannies that they gunked up...then I saw this...My girls LOVE IT! I have two very fussy lilac-point siamese, and when I first set it up big sister came over to check it out and after I put a drop or two of water on her nose with my finger she gave the puddling water a lick...and never went back to her old water bowl...little sister is a little fussier... I did the water on the finger thing a few times for her but she went back to their water bowl...it took 2-3 days until she started using it but then never went back to the bowl and I removed the bowl...now they only use this fountain and they love it...and I do too...the fact that they get filtered water that's constantly refreshed is great!

 My 6 mo old kitten really likes it. JaJa will wake me up in the middle of the night to ask me to turn on the bathroom faucet, just so she can get a drink of the freshest water. I finally decided I’d had enough so I compared drinking fountains and this one seemed the best value. At first she wasn’t sure about it, trying to figure it out. Now she’s quite comfortable with it. It’s very quiet, and the slight trickling sound it makes is actually nice and soothing. The instructions are terrible, but it’s easy to figure out. I like the fact that it’s low voltage USB. It comes with its own power supply. The only bummer is I’ll have to replace the sponge every month and the charcoal filter every two months. Hope they’re not too expensive.

One of my old cat died from kidney failure so now I am forever worried that our cats aren’t drinking enough water. I instantly bought this water fountain for my mother when she told me she had adopted two kittens. The fur babies love it! They walked up to it instantly as my mom set it up. The fountain was easy to set up and clean as well. I am surprised that this actually works better than my other big name-brand fountains. I am truly satisfied with the product.
