I love this bonnet. It’s huge yet tight around my head and does not slip off while I sleep. Fits my 18” passion twist style with tons of room left over. Only con is it’s TOO tight n uncomfortable on my edges to wear alone...I have to tie a scarf loosely around my edges before putting this bonnet on, which I don’t mind.Easy fix. Maybe I won’t have to wear a scarf once my style loosens up a bit..It’s also double lined so I feel safe to wear in the shower or while bathing my kids to protect my style. I would recommend buying it! I think the price is actually low for such a quality item....

I love the roominess, lots of space for my locs. Initially tried to wear it but it was too tight so I put it aside. As stated I love how full the bonnet is, bigger than the others I have on hand, so I picked it up again and decided to cut the elastic over my ears. If it frayed, oh well. To my welcomed surprise it did not. It gives a clean cut and doesn't compromise the fit. It still stays put. I was careful not to cut it all the way to the seam. My head is large so I cut about five slits around the bonnet. Ahh, sweet relief! If I get tired of the feel of the elastic, I flip the elastic band over and pull down the mesh lining so it frames my face and rock the sheik look. Love this cap! They are more than reasonably priced so I just ordered three to have on hand when it's time to toss the one I am wearing now.

I've been growing my hair out naturally for almost 4 years and could no longer fit my hair in its "fro" state in the store-bought caps any longer. This satin bonnet is huge and definitely fits all my hair even in its biggest state with plenty of room to grow. It even fits a head full of curlformers as well as when I have my hair in a high bun or a pineapple. I can see this working well for large braids and other extension styles too. The only negative is that the elastic is too tight, it's tolerable but uncomfortable to me and I feel like I have an average size head. I just saw that another reviewer cut her elastic and lengthened it so I think I will do the same. It's definitely worth the trouble for me to have something that fits all of my hair. Especially since I don't see a way to find out the tightness of the elastic on any other satin hair cover prior purchasing it.

Nice jumbo size cap to fit my long beautiful passion twists hair in. However, the cotton band could be a little loose. I tried it out last night and I Kept tossing and turning in my sleep 😴 💤 🛏and trying to loosen the band. Although I am not the one who usually sleeps in a night cap. But for those who do on a regular basis this would definitely be the #1 absolutely best night cap I would 💯% recommend. I have tried many other brands in the past and I would have to say this is one of the best and quality night cap to fit any long hair of all types from natural to extensions, sew 🧵 ins and wigs. 🥰

This thing really is JUMBO sized! However, the band can feel a little tight around the head. You can easily fix this by removing the cap and pulling the band in opposite directions with your hands to loosen. Once you have it placed comfortably on your head, you will see that there is MORE than enough space for all your hair. Highly recommend for those with thick hair, very long hair, those with wigs or weaves. All your hair will fit in this cap.

I've got a decent sized afro so I needed something bigger than the bonnet I bought from the drug store. I like the way that bonnet is made but it's just no longer big enough. I bought this because I thought it was a bigger version of what I have but because the pic of the item was all black, it wasn't until it was delivered that I saw the differences (size aside). First off, the smaller bonnet is made totally of the same material, the band included. This bonnet, the band is a thick strip of uncovered elastic. I stay away from elastic because it's a 'cutting' material and since it goes around my head at the temples and "kitchen" I don't like the idea the friction could eventually thin those areas (I still have my edges and want to keep them). I'm thinking I will need to cover with (actual) satin or silk to protect my edges. Secondly, as others have said, the material isn't soft. It makes a swishy sound and the empty part of the bonnet doesn't fall...it poofs like a chef's hat. My drug store bonnet is very soft, no poof. Neither are actually satin, more like satiny polyester or nylon I suppose, but this one is stiffer. Not sure if it's simply the fact that it's lined that makes the difference but I'm thinking of cutting the lining out because I'd rather have the outer fabric closer to my hair as it has a smoother texture. The lining is another part that looks like it has potential 'teeth' that hair could get caught in. Considering the cost of the much smaller ones tend to be, this is a good price. And the size is ample. You can cram a lot of hair in this bonnet and I feel like I have a bigger head with a lot of hair. The elastic will keep it secure on your head unless you have a smaller than average head; I think it'd be way too big for a child. Not sure if will eventually stretch out of shape as elastic tends to do (something my smaller bonnet is not in danger of).

The band is fairly tight and will leave a mark embedded on your forehead if you do not put a length of cloth (or a sock) underneath but it is not uncomfortably so. It does not slip off in the middle of the night, even when I'm tossing/turning and I absolutely love not having to bobby pin it in place. If you place the band low and beneath your ears, it does not flatten any portion of your hairline and volume is kept all around. There is a ton of space inside, my hair when curly falls to the middle of my shoulder blades and has enough room in this cap. This is probably my favorite hair protector, even with blow-outs.

Most people don't expect a person like myself to have super thick curly hair. But I do and I can never find anything to fit over my hair, rather things just sit on top of it....this cap, however is amazing!! Its super big and I wear it overnight with a hair serum to help soften and hydrate my locks. There's not much room after I stuff my hair into it, but enough to stay on overnight. Too tight first few times, but it stretched a bit and its perfect! I would recommend this to any thick haired girl!
