Chrome Frosted Glass Soap Dispenser

A real piece of s**t. LEAKS like a sieve regardless of type of soap you load it with.Thick , thin doesnt matter. It APPEARS well made, but must have a design flaw somewhere.Love the LOOK , but wish id have ordered the $8.00 from Moen one for starters.Would not and CANNOT recommend. If I hadnt tossed the box it would be going back.

It's pretty but it leaks all over the counter. I'm returning it.

I have owned this for a while now. I came here to see if anyone had tips on how to get it to work properly. I had to intuitively figure out how it went together. The glass screws into a chrome tip and then the whole glass container with the tip screws into the holder and it holds firm. My problem is I can't get the soap to come out at all using castile soap and then I washed it all out and used 50% water to 50% liquid dish soap and now it drips after I use it but not while I want it. I agree it does look nice but if it doesn't work it is useless. I was hoping someone had the answer to fix the problem.

After a laborious search, I selected this because it looked sturdy and classic. My other fixtures are brushed nickel, but it fits in fine. The only thing that might concern people is that when you push up to release the soap, you need a technique to get enough soap. I might open it up again to see if I failed to remove some of the packing materials. Everyone that sees it falls in love with it.

This classic soap dispenser is excellent quality and looks wonderful in our 1905 bathroom. It is wall-mounted - a perfect space saver over a pedestal sink. I have received many compliments and purchased a second dispenser for our powder room.

Ordered item twice. First one arrived with a broken spigot. There were shards of black plastic from the pump assembly in the glass which indicaed that it was broken when shipped. The second unit arrived with a chip in the rim of glass dome making it impossible to screw on.....and the pump didn't work. Loved the design. Was looking forward to putting it in my retro bath.....but 2 strikes and no chance for a third w/ me.

Looked like a good idea but when it arrived it wasn’t made well & couldn’t even get parts apart. Had to return & have to say that the process went very well & I am very appreciative for that.

This is lovely. I was a little concerned based on the mixed reviews. It looks beautiful and works well. Really adds charm to our bathroom.Why the 3 stars? Because it too FOUR tries to get one that wasn't broken. The are in the original box with a single piece of bubble wrap -- metal and glass together -- and that's a recipe for disaster. That box is then put in an Amazon box. Each of the first four came with a chip or a ding in the glass and one of them would not unscrew and was stuck. I persevered only because the only other ones in this style were plastic. The glass and chrome on this give it a really nice weight and feel, upscale and pretty. I'm glad I kept trying. That being said, I have to give it only three stars because the manufacturer is not protecting their product. I believe even if these had not been shipped that they would have been damaged for the poor padding.
