Solid customer support.
I bought this for my 13 year old for Christmas. It was easy for him to use and went fast enough when he switched it to run at the top speed. As with purchases like this, you always worry about whether you will get proper support if the needed. I’m happy to say the support was stellar. The skateboard had an issue where one of the wheels wasn’t engaging when my son tried to accelerate. The company paid for us to ship it back and the fixed the skateboard under the warranty policy at no cost to me, and I’m happy to say it works like new again. All in all, I’m pleased with the support and them standing behind their product.
