Husband uses these refill cartridges for work when he’s soldering copper or around other hazardous materials that you don’t want to breathe in.

I hate ordering things like this online because you can't tell if it is a knockoff until it arrives. I could not find these locally, so I broke down and ordered. Glad I did!! It was exactly what I wanted: manufacturer quality, perfect fit, correct composition - definitely NOT a knockoff!!! I will order these again.

The granddaddy of 3M cartridge filters, this one serves me really, really well. I use ClO2 as a gas vapor in my business, and this makes operating in the environment possible. I don't hang out in houses that are being gassed off, but I have to get everything going and check all is well, and these make it possible. I couldn't be in business without these.

The fact that someone could try to just tape up and send out a potentially life-saving safety device in packaging that so obviously compromises its ability to perform its job when it is needed is reprehensible and highly irresponsible. I get that things may get damaged in shipping, but it's much worse that someone has tried to tape this package back up, meaning they were fully aware of the defect and sent it out anyways.These things are only good for a certain amount of loading, and I have zero way of knowing what their remaining capacity is.

I bought this because I'm doing work with formica and contact cement. I know the contact cement is hazardous to breathe and although 3m makes a few different cartridges to eliminate VOC this one also removed particulates.

I use these for when I have to clean out certain areas and also when I do metal work to prevent silicosis.

Easy installation in my 3M 7500 mask.

This is just for paint or vapors. If its too dusty the filters clogs and there are not reemplazables like other ones.
