I consider the book a recipe for improving and growing companies. It contains very concrete steps that companies can follow and even if they do not really grow exponentially they will definetly improve their operation and find the areas for its development. Got stuck? Follow the provided recipe and you will find the way out. Let the people in and outside the company help it grow.
