Great price for a standard supplement

I bought this about 3mths ago and hoped for the oft quoted benefits of increased energy and the less tangible benefit of fighting free radicals. Roughly 2 weeks later I found myself 'bounding up' the stairs. I suddenly had this increased energy. I had forgotten about the coq10 so was surprised - sad, I know. I even tested myself by trying other staircases and yep, found myself bounding up the stairs as a middle aged man. I continued my supplement regime and the effects continued. A couple of weeks ago I decided to change my supplement regime up which included stopping taking coq10. At this stage I still wasn't sure it was the coq10 that was producing the positive effects. An aside, I had bought an own brand coq10 from a very well known UK health shop about a year earlier and didn't notice any change. Well, having stopped the coq10, I began to notice a small but perceptible decrease in energy by the second week. It wasn't until I put 2 and 2 together that I realised what I had experienced 3mths ago and the effects now were due to the coq10. I took 200mg daily before and it had a very noticeable effect. Good product, good price, quick delivery, it deserves 5 stars but people often think a 5 star review might be fake.

I am a regular buyer of this product, CoQ10 is naturally produced by the body but this production decreases as we age.In studies it was found to have a protective effect on the cardiovascular system.I was advised to take 200mg per day as I take statins .I'm my opinion buying these is a health investment.😊

I bought these to help with the side effects from statins. Sadly they haven’t made any difference to the joint pains after several months of taking them so I won’t be buying more. The capsules are quite big but easy to swallow with water.
