60's French Troops Parachute Special Elastic Nylon Watch Band Man's Universal Hook-and-Loop Nylon Strap 20/21/22mm

It’s a good strap. The only issue I’ve had is that sometimes it can loosen up and my watch starts sliding around it a little bit when I get cheering at soccer games. The metal clasp did dig into my wrist on a few occasions because my arm swelled up a little because of drinking or eating something with a lot of sodium. It doesn’t happen a lot but it does occasionally. So just a heads up. So you might need to adjust it throughout the day. I still love it and would recommend the strap.

Bought this paratrooper stretch band for my Citizen military style watch to replace the canvas one that came with it. The original just didn’t fit my wrist right. The holes were between sizes and the watch would not sit right on my wrist. This band is adjustable to fit to the wearers wrist. Only drawback is its tricky trying to get the hook into the buckle when putting it on. Once on though, it’s pretty comfortable. White stripe on the band goes great with the numbers on the dial. In my opinion these stretch straps are much better, less bulky and more comfortable than nylon nato straps.

It fits better with the smaller spring deals that are included - and you want to be able to slide the entire watch band around as it's the other-half of the adjustment, with the buckle. Otherwise you will wind up with an excessively loose watch band and no way to tighten it.Everything is decent enough otherwise, but you can tell that the material itself is not as good as it could be - a bit stiff and scratchy - and at the same time not as durable. My first one lasted a year before it got all deformed like a jelly-fish - but I was happy with the service, comfort, appearance, simplicity, etc.If you're having issues clamping the buckle here are TWO WAYS. The best way by far is to pre-buckle it and then just stretch it over your hand. Why didn't I think of that that one - huh? And the other way is to loosen the buckle, hook it, and tighten it again. Be sure to tighten that buckle and give the whole thing a pull to seat the hook into the buckle or you'll be having to deal with it again an hour later.

Nice product. I wanted to try out a parachute strap before I bought a more expensive EO or NDC one. Overall it is comfortable, but the clasp is angled too much so it sticks out and could fall off easily. I fixed this in about 30 seconds by bending it with some pliers. Now it works great and I don't need to buy a more expensive one.

I bought this watch band to replace the leather strap on my Seiko World Time. The installation of the product was quite easy and it didn't give me any issue however, when I put on my watch I noticed that it was too large for my wrists. Yes, I tightened the strap, but that did not resolve the issue it became loose within a minute. I love the color scheme of the green/red strap, but there isn't a way to tighten for my wrists.

So, I got my French military strap and it is not bad, it is comfortable, fits well, and looks good on the watch. However, metal pieces are sharp as you can feel it when touching the edges. I think they needed to dull up the edges a bit and possibly made the metal a bit thicker. Other than that, it is a nice looking strap.

I don't even mind that it's made in china. Looks beautiful on my Seiko Flightmaster. Would recommend for the price!
