The Sim card was not working with our smartphone, message on the screen "Network code required".Tried to get some support from the seller, but when we called, the "tech guy" was not there so we were supposed to call back later on... not even proposed to call back.Well we bought it for our holidays (means we did not have so much to spend solving tech issues) and we would have appreciate something going more smoothly.I definitively not recommand this product since the support cannot be as fast as it should.Obviously, the Sim card activation worked fine :) so I did not even though about claim for refund! :/ 18 dollars threw by the window
