This would be a 5/5.... BUTWorks good and is super convenient but for some reason has THE MOST OBNOXIOUS beeping noise when phone isnt on the charge. No idea why someone went out of their way to add this completely Unnecessary beeping. I unplug it every time Im not charging my phone. Its not loud per say... some people might not notice but holy wow is it annoying.

Fits in my cup holder great and charges my phone! I like it better then the last one I had.

Who ever heard of shipping product that doesn't even match the packaging it comes in?! The picture on the box shows a flexible (adjustable) riser whereas the product itself has a solid riser. So no adjusting. The only thing that can be adjusted is the charger cradle itself, swiveling any which way.Honestly I feel bad giving it only 3 stars, because if this product had an adjustable riser, it would be straight up brilliant. But a) false advertising and b) the inflexible riser make a generous 3 stars in my book.This seller by accident saved themselves from a 1 star rating by (apparently inadvertently?) shipping two of the same product. :P I opened the first package and found one of the claws broken. Then opened another package I received at same time only to discover they had sent another and it was in good condition. The electronics on this are quite spiffy. The device will automatically close to secure your phone when it recognizes it has been placed there, and can be released by lightly touching one of the buttons on the side. Really, if this had a sturdy yet adjustable riser, it would have my 100% recommendation.

The actual cradle (which is the meat and potatoes of the device) is good. I find that it holds the phone well, and charges exactly as advertised. However, there's a slight design flaw with the arm, which is that it holds the cradle directly above the cup holder instead of off to the side. I suspect this would be annoying even in an automatic transmission car, but it's really a problem when used in a manual transmission, as it gets in the way of shifting. I tried rotating the cradle every possible way, but only had limited success. However, I stumbled onto the perfect solution, which is combining the cradle from this device with a gooseneck arm from another mount. This phone holder mounts securely in a variety of cup holders. I have used it in both my Ford Focus as well as my Toyota Sequoia. The wireless charging feature works great on my Note 9 which fits in the device even with it’s case on. The bottom clip adjusts for larger phones to make sure the coil aligns correctly. The height is adjustable and the solid pole is much sturdier than the bendable pole but you do lose some of the maneuverability. This unit itself is great but the position of the cup holders in your vehicle is really what is going to determine how well you like the position of your phone. For example, in my Sequoia the cup holders are closer to the dash and higher which leaves the phone at the perfect position. However, in my Focus the cup holders are closer to the arm rest and lower so the phone can sometimes be in an awkward position. The unit is great just take this into consideration when purchasing.

I used the vent clip and put a piece of foam behind it to stabilize it. With the addition of the stabilizer it works very well.The cup holder I'd guess would work fine, except it was way to low for convenient/safe viewing in my situation.

Product is good. It is easy to use, good quality and performs just as it should. I would definitely recommend this item.Now, I do have an issue when it comes to contacting the company. I have emailed them twice with a question and in a months time, have never received an answer back. Whether the company can accommodate the question or not, they should at least reply back to the customer.

The stand is very good I had to trim the pole to fit in my van. The advertised fast wireless charging on my phone says 3 hours to charge with the cable provided but if I use the cable my phone came with I get fast charging

After shortening the mounting stem this device now holds my phone perfectly so that it doesn't obscure any other controls on the console of my car (BMW 220d), the device is held firmly in the cup holder and my phone (S21 Ultra) is in turn held firmly thanks to the mortorised clamp mechanism. The wireless charging works flawlessly even while the phone is still in it's case which has a metal kickstand built into it - this phone holder is just what I was looking for.

Had it for a few weeks now and it works great. No matter how bumpy the ride is my phone is safe. Its adjustable so is the right height to glace at without touching it. QI charger built in so charges as it holds. It automatically closes the sides to hold your phone and automatically opens when you go to grab it out. It uses one of the cup holders to give it a firm foothold so its not going to tip over and send your phone flying as I found with vent mounted or suction cup on the dash or glass types. Easy to fit and easy to remove. Highly recommend if you want stability, QI charging and a nice firm grip but not too too hard as not to do any damage.

In my case it was a bit cramped due to where my drink holders are, and the stalk is solid so there's no way to position it further away. However it unexpectedly came with an air vent mount so I've used that.It's pretty good except the button to release the phone are hard to get to behind the phone, it also stops working as soon as I turn off the car so I pretty much always end up prying it from the cold dead hands of the grippers. Sometimes it lets go and drops the phone while I'm driving just wanting to unlock the phone. I curse at it a lot really.Edit, sharp edges on the back of the unit scratched up the car pretty good. Big horizontal scratch marks with all paint removed.

The phone holder works well, though sitting in the cup holder it sometimes gets in the way when reaching across the console. My main problem with the product is that the charging seems to periodically come on and off, so the phone doesn't consistently get charged. Otherwise it works better than any other car-mounted mobile phone holders I have purchased.
