Our box room holds all of our cycling paraphernalia including a couple of bikes so there is no space to put a couple of wardrobes in to house our cycling clothes. These solved our space issue brilliantly.I am a lady in my early 40's and managed to put them both up, by myself, within what felt like minutes. I was surprised at how sturdy they are even though I was placing them on carpet and the ceiling is artexed.I love the way you can put the top rung right at the very top really close to the ceiling to allow you loads of space so that the clothes on the top don't interfere with those on the bottom. If it's too high for you to reach, you can use the supplied long hook to bring items down and put them back.These feel like they will last a long time and I have filled all four rungs on both of mine to the max, with no slippage or bowing. All I will say is that I made sure everything was fastened properly and that when I was pushing the side poles into place I got them approximately right and tightened slightly before loosening and really giving it some to make sure they were as lengthened as much as possible, pushing against the springs. This seemed to ensure rigidity.

Surpassed expectations

Very clever and easy to assemble. Not as complicated as you might think. This would have easily been five stars but for one minor grip. On one of the fittings the screw does not tighten sufficiently enough to hold the pole completely straight. A new screw sorted it, but you shouldn't have to mess about. Yes, I could have sent it back, but that was more messing around than it was worth as by this stage I'd almost fully assembled it. It's been up for a couple of months now and still looks good and does the job we wanted.

I think the product is fantastic but unfortunately a couple of the screws that were provided to secure the frame didn't work causing the entire piece to be ineffective as the poles can't lay correctly. This was a little disappointing as I was really looking forward to having this up in my new home, but I'll most likely have to return the product which is a shame.

Excellent addition to my daughter’s very small/cramped bedroom!Only using 1 rail at the moment but good stability, poles feel of good quality and is holding the weight well so far. Very happy!
