Do not purchase this item, it says that it is in excellent condition when it is indeed not, when I was setting it up it was telling me that the battery was not recognized, when my sim was in it, it was saying there is no sim, it says it comes with 64gb when it only came with 5gb, I’m hugely disappointed

I am very happy with my new iPhone Xs max (64gb). It is in immaculate condition. I received my phone in a generic box with a charger.Battery health and timings are very good. I was offered a very good price compared with the condition of phone !Excellent product ! Love it

I think the amazon description of the phone being "looks like new" is misleading. The phone does have marks and scuffs on, not bad but definitely used. Battery was 88% health, so clearly has had at least a years use on it. So make sure you consider that before purchasing to avoid disappointment.The phone also came with a prepaid label for returns which say you only had 14 days to return it which doesn't quite match up with the amazon guarantee. I'm keeping mine so not tested it.

Came well packaged. Phone in excellent condition - no scratches or marks at all. Everything works exceedingly well - face recognition worked, battery life is excellent easily getting about 8-10 hours depending on usage. Worth every penny.

It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I received this renewed iPhone. I purchased this iPhone through Amazon’s renewed shop for piece of mind. So far I’m very happy with my purchase, the phone is in a very good condition with only slight scuff marks that are hidden when the case is on. The battery is at 91% capacity and the phone works perfectly. It arrived in a brown box with a wire and a generic usb plug. Do not expect headphones as it clearly states no headphones in the description.Overall I am very happy with my purchase!Thanks!

Takes a full charge and seems in working condition but the delivered product had considerable handling marks and had the appearance of a phone that had been left on a dusty shelf and just stuffed in some bubble wrap for dispatch! Even the stainless steel surround had a small but deep scratch, but having polished off the dull finish with metal polish, it looked pretty good. Both glass surfaces were heavily soiled but when cleaned were perfect with no scratches or permanent blemishes. Overall then, in good well used condition but not the premium product expected for the higher than average price paid.
