Cuticle scissors with case

Very nice! Great size, sharpness and blade thickness. I was able to cut off the side of an ingrown nail without a problem and the blade was strong enough not to flex. Will purchase another pair for my travel bag.

I'm not gonna lie - when I was looking at little scissors for brow grooming, I thought these were way too expensive. Even if they're sharp, what's the point of investing so much into brow hairs that can be cut by almost anything? But my husband perked up at the sight of them because he gets ingrown toenails, and there was another review on this item saying that these were perfect for that. They small and thin, so they get under the nail easy without exerting more pressure on the already aching spot. And when you actually cut - you can't even tell it's happening. He tried them on my toenail and I kept waiting for the pressure of nail clippers, but there was nothing and he said he already cut the nail off. I honestly didn't believe it until he showed me. They are extremely sharp, well made, perfect for the toughest nails with the most irritated nail beds. The leather pouch these scissors come in is also so nice - I doubt it's real leather, but who cares? Pro Tip: Get GEHWOL Nail Care gel here on Amazon for ingrown toenails. It softens the nail before you dig into it for cutting, making it a much smoother process.

I purchased one pair of these to permanently keep in a toiletry kit for travel, but liked them so much I bought another pair for home use. They seem to be sturdy and precise, and I've noticed less split nails since using these regularly instead of clippers. They even work on my toenails without having to soak them first. I know that some reviewers have shared that they rust, so I'm being very careful to keep them dry. Stainless steel can rust, especially in damp places like bathrooms. Hopefully that won't happen to mine.

I love this cuticle scissor. It came in a great leather case. It's sturdy, well made & light. The design makes them very comfortable to use. And the best thing about it, is how thin and accurate it can cut. It's so much better than my "off the rack" drugstore scissors. If I lost these I'd probably buy 2 more to replace it.

"3 Swords Germany - brand quality STAINLESS STEEL INOX CURVED combined NAIL / CUTICLE SCISSORS with case" We originally bought the old version of these scissors, before they switched to making them out of stainless steel, when they were still nickel-plated carbon steel apparently, and the handle part were paint-coated (now also a pleasant to touch, non-slippery smooth sating stainless steel finish). The old ones we've purchased quite a while ago developed an issue on surfaces that had grinding marks or the nickel-plating was otherwise disturbed with branding marks etc., but even they were otherwise good scissors, never became loose at the joint, never got dull, never failed to cut anything from tough nails to tiny delicate corners, splits, hangnails, cuticles -- and were as strong as they were precise, never bending or missing a cut even at the thinnest, pointiest end where the blades of the scissors have a concave grind, making the points delicate enough to reach into the tightest spots, and still cut through even tough bits -- they only suffered from the cleaning and disinfecting process because of the rust issue, despite trying to use mineral oil when the problem was noticed. Now the new version, made of stainless steel, looks to have the same good overall quality, toughness, and reliable precision of cutting, but without the worry of it ever rusting. What's arguably even more impressive, is the quality assurance, guarantee, and customer care of the seller / manufacturer here on Amazon (3 Swords Germany), the level of support and pride and confidence, how they stand behind their product and make good on promises, not just through big words like so many others, but in practice and in actions. When advised of the issue that developed with the previous version of their product, obviously they switched to stainless steel whilst maintaining the overall quality, toughness, and precision. What's more, they not only replaced the old version, but sent a pair of the new stainless steel, improved version of the old model without delay or any hesitation, without any attempt to stall or find excuses. And the replacement arrived in only a few short days as well, in its newer version packaging with the leatherette pouch sporting that classy snap faster in the shape of the '3 Swords' emblem (nice detail / touch, doesn't have a cheap look and feel either, not cheaply stamped). Combining the product quality and attention to detail, sturdiness and precision and reliability with that level of customer service even a fairly long time after the original purchase, as soon as they were advised of the issue that developed with the older version of their product, is impressive, and I think really deserves top rating overall, full 5 stars. I don't feel that confident too often about both product and seller at the same time (often the product is fine, but the seller, price / value, shipping, or overall experience not so much, and vice versa, sometimes the seller is a pleasure to deal with, but the product is barely adequate, if at all) -- which is why I rarely post a review despite having purchased hundreds, thousands of products here, on Amazon, and through Amazon U.S., Amazon France, Amazon UK, and a few others occasionally, over time. Due to that volume of purchases, and time constraints, I tend to only do it when especially displeased. Or when especially impressed and pleased by both product quality and seller -- as in this case. Awesome scissors that I bought for my dad as a gift. He loved them straight off the bat, though managed to cut himself on his first use. He simply forgot they were NOT as "gentle" as his increasingly blunt older ones....but is thankfully more used to the high quality (and sharp!) instrument that he now has. I'm sure we'll also purchase their nail cousin soon enough, based on the quality of these cuticle ones. While not cheap, they're worth every penny!

Habe mir diese Nagelschere vor einer Weile gekauft und bin wieder sehr zufrieden. Solch ein Modell hatte ich bereits früher einmal und war damals auch sehr zufrieden. Nachdem diese alte irgendwann mal kaputt ging (eingene Schuld: völlige Zweckentfremdung), hatten wir eine Weile eine andere Art Nagelschere, die vorn sehr dünn wurde. Dadurch war diese sehr instabil wenn etwas mehr Druck für einen größeren Zehennagel notwendig war :). Da ich das nicht mehr aushielt, habe ich mir wieder solch ein Modell zugelegt und bin nun wieder völlig zufrieden. Durch die gebogene, sehr stabile und sehr scharfe Klinge ist das schneiden nun wieder ein Kinderspiel.
