If there are parts missing good luck ....
The box shipped without the internal braces, there isn't an option to request the pieces be shipped. Its return or nothing. These units are fairly heavy. Repackaging them is not something I'd want to do. We'll probably figure out how to add some ourselves, and never buy this brand again. Pity because they are attractive and well made otherwise.

Very sturdy!
I like that it is very sturdy. I wish I would have gotten one with a shorter height. It’s a bit taller than I imagined even at the shortest height.
