tip for use
tile rescue worked just as advertised. First tube I used in caulking gun, worked ok but wasted more than got under the tiles as it is thin and runs out of tube when you lift it even if you pull the plunger back. I ordered 20 ml syringes on amazon. 15 for about $7, not the needle tip but the ones with the blunt catheter tip. if the drilled hole is smaller than the tip it can be sanded down or as I did and take a caulking tube cover that fits nicely over the syringe tip and trim cap to fit in hole. With this method I wasted very little.

This worked for me
We had about 5 loose tiles all in one area so first I went down to the basement and ran 2 1/4" screws diagonal thru the top of the joist and then into the sub floor. I placed the screws about 8" apart and 1 1/2" down from the top of the joist while being careful to end up with the point of the screw into the sub floor and not into the cement board or thin set. You know "measure twice and cut once", Then we drilled into the grout with a 3/16" mason bit 4 holes per side around three tiles. then cut just the tip off the tube so it would seal into the holes. We then used the vacuum opposed to the hole we were filling and slowly pushed glue into the hole until it started to show in a neighborly hole. We continued using the vac to help draw the glue under the tile as much as possible. Then we weighted the tiles and cleaned up with a wet rag. 24 hours later all the crunch and bounce of that floor section is fixed! No cracked tiles, no trying to match up a different lot of tiles, just fixed.Thank you

Works
If the mortar under your flooring was notch troweled, this product should correct any defects. Make sure you have matching grout and a masonry bit smaller that the grout line. Drill a hole and try to inject. If you meet back pressure, drill a hole 1/2” away and try again. When you hit a void you will see that the product flows and very little escapes back through the hole. If you see product coming from adjacent holes, that means it is filling voids and should make a tight bond. I have used this many times in the past that have required several adjacent holes to find the spot. After regrouting no one ever knew.

Don't bother
Bought to adhere loose tile. The grout is still holding the tile down but you can hear that the adhesive has let go. The tiles are not loose. Drilled the appropriate holes in the grout as the directions said. Filled the holes, let dry. I'd say the inch around the holes no longer sound hollow but the repair adhesive did not make it's way under the majority of the tile. Wouldn't buy again.

Worked great
We followed the directions on the tubes and the product worked well to secure four 12" square tiles. It did take two tubes for just 4 square feet but the floor under the tiles seemed to have sunk about 1/8". They were probably much worst than typical. After allowing 2 days for the product to dry, the tiles appear to be as well secured as those around them. Tapping on the tiles with a rubber hammer sounds as solid as hitting a rock.
