Red Water Pearls Gel Beads for Wedding & Event Centerpieces - 4 oz Bag Makes 3 Gallons

I purchased "Water Pearls Gel Beads- Wedding & Event Centerpieces- Cosmo Beads (Tm)-makes 3 Gallons (4 Oz. Pack)" even though many of the reviews said they do not stay very red. I also read many reviews for other similar products and the same issue across the board. I decided to get them anyway and add red die to make them darker. I found if you do not expand them too large and add the die to the water they did get much darker. However, be careful of doing this as the die will stain if the beads touch anything. Besides the color which seems to be just red no matter the maker, this product was great. The great part is they are reusable,

This is more of the red I was looking for. I had purchased a different brand and as you can see from the pics although they were bigger they were more pink. These are nice and will make my red white and blue theme look great!

i absolutely wasted my money, my time, and my eagerness to use these beads in my vase.they didn't even turn RED ... just a transparent orange.I feel so discussed!

Easy to use, great for the table arrangements we made. The leftovers were a hit with the kids!

Looks more pink than red

I have used a lot of different water beads, and these are definitely not ones I’d purchase again. I was hopeful since I wanted specific colors and not just an assortment. The red is not at all as pictured, and is more a light pink. They also do not all form spheres. There was a lot of odd shapes and dimples.
