We used to have a bird clock in our cottage up north, and every year when we open the cottage it was hard to get it started again. So we ordered this one and it’s perfect. It works great, the little bird chirps every hour. It’s nice to guess what bird is making the noise. It has a sensor on the face so that it doesn’t chirp late at night when it gets dark. The only thing is, it’s a little small. You have to come right up to it to look at it.

Love to hear the different birds on each hour. I am a bird lover.

The clock doesn't work and I don't know what to do next. I wrote a note to Amazon but they said the address was wrong. It is all a mess. Please tell me what to do to fix the situation. Note: My old clock was similar to the one I bought now and worked for more than 20 years until the arm for minutes did not move anymore. The new clock showed the same problem but in this case the clock was never used. I should not give any star for this clock and did it so, in order to be able to send this note. - Newreview - Now the clock is working. Simply I changed the kind of battery. It is wonderful

Some of the birds almost sound like an alarm starting to go off.

Always wanted one of these and never had a good 'excuse' to add another clock. I decided it would be very useful to have one in my hobby room and this was not only exactly what I wanted, but one of the best value prices for this size of wall clock. I'm guessing the songs are specific to mating calls since we have most of the featured birds who come to our front-yard feeders, and the songs are not the same. I guess the 'get-outta-my-space-I'm-hungry' sounds are different from the 'hey-baby' sounds. I was a bit disappointed the songs don't match what I'm used to hearing from these birds, but on the whole a very cool clock with lovely pics. Light sensors assure the clock doesn't sound in the dark (bedtime) or you can leave the separate batteries out and use it simply as a lovely quiet wall clock if you like or if you tire of the hourly sounds. Highly recommend this wonderful clock!

This is the 2nd bird clock we have had in 25 years. Our first one was a gift and it lasted until just recently. We were glad to find this one. They have kept good time and we enjoy the sound of a bird on the hour.

Several years ago I had the larger size which I loved and it sounded beautiful, but this time I bought the smaller size and the bird songs are somewhat harsh and grating. I don't know if it is due to being the smaller clock version or if the clock quality has decreased over the years.

I have had the smaller and larger models of this clock from different sellers in the past. This 10.7 inch model is the right size and the bird sounds are the loudest. I highly recommend this one!
