The Trigger: The Lie That Changed the World

When reading any and all of Mr. Icke's works- and they are indeed the product of much careful and diligent labor rather than mere speculative pondering or puzzled bewilderment -keep the following in mind: (1) His assertions are factually confirmable, (2) The flavor of his delivery does not pander to the common antiseptic and pseudo-academic poise of mainstream journalism [such "poise", as it were, donned in place of substance], so (3) Enjoy his intermittent and thoroughly justifiable sarcastic asides while mindful that he suffers (4) Nary a libel suit. Very importantly, The Trigger finds Mr. Icke performing a singular public service: The concise, moment-by-moment analysis of the "official" story of 9/11 according to its own collective source of its cast of characters of elected and appointed "leaders", allowing them to speak for themselves as they contradict themselves and each other; all cross-referencing with assorted military and civilian investigative agencies, while we still witness today, eighteen years later, failure of the Fourth Estate to challenge the version of 9/11 forcibly maintained and increasingly so by censorship of even the most basic inquiry. What needs be noted as encouragement from this writer is that 9/11 is just the amalgamated precipitative event, viz. The Trigger, that formed the socio-political environment in which we find ourselves today- thoroughly foretold in detail by Mr. Icke connecting the dots during the last quarter century. He has been accurate all along in prognosis and, so, might not even the hesitant reader humor that Mr. Icke’s diagnosis is accurate? He has ably predicted the specific censorial methodologies- in the general public milieu as well as in academia -that would be implemented following 9/11, especially as regards the initial introduction of an unrestricted internet which would then be used as an incredibly suffocating noose as part of an ultimate design to eliminate human freedom, the last steps of which signal themselves- as we see currently -by the eradication of cash currency and an incremental aligning of the human brain with artificial intelligence. This is no harmless, sexy and fun Star Trek scenario. Simple syllogistic and chain logic apply: If the reader gives that Mr. Icke is right on the matter of 9/11, then he is, without doubt, also right about global finance and Silicon Valley and their communally orchestrated plans for you. This is not hysterical huffing and puffing. In his earlier publications and speaking engagements, he presciently described exactly what would happen and did in fact. He now describes exactly where we are today and reminds us how we got here. It is indeed our peril and predicament which he details and we need not lie passive. Give the book a read. Allow the author to set up the story, recognizing the stability and factual nature of what he says. Then, especially for newcomers to Mr. Icke's approach, give yourself a moment to breathe and permit yourself to consider that all which he says is, not just 'may be', but is in fact true. The implications of that truth are NOT funny. There’s no need for exaggeration in these matters. If you believe that there is real commercially available alternative broadcast media, perhaps, rather, consider that at most it has tapered to faux-alternative dominant media as witnessed by the Coast To Coast AM show that might best be truly categorized as a sophisticated controlled-opposition format that now hedges at scheduling some guests of major world significance, making them disappear from view as Australia just this past year so spuriously revoked Mr. Icke’s entry visa, a story which Coast To Coast AM failed to cover. This fact alone should furrow your brow while wondering why Mr. Icke and, apparently, even mention of his name, has long been veritably un-personned by Clear Channel Communication interests such as Coast To Coast AM. It's time for a serious reassessment of the now ingrained and ridiculous official story of 9/11 because, as The Trigger shows, we are all in mortal danger in a broad world of distracting entertainment options combined with an assortment of identity-politics siphoning and misdirecting our energies and attentions. Mr. Icke shows lock, stock and barrel how it is that appearances in these matters are meant to be deceptive.

As expected, the book has already been banned by US bookseller "B^&*s & Nobl*s" and discredited by The Washingt0n Po$t (STYLE section, 9/28/19) as "...900 pages of harebrained vomit". It should be stated that the writer of said hit piece referred to his ilk as "us enlightened liberals" and "freedom fighters". Yes, I laughed... Granted, the censorship cavalry was activated within weeks of the book's release under the proverbial accusation of "hate speech" or, in less euphemistic terminology, speech they hate. At no point is the book sensationalistic, opinionated, or fanatical but as the old saying goes, "To determine the true rulers of any society, just ask yourself: Who is it that I am not permitted to criticize?” Needles to say, this book is a heavy exposé full of inconvenient truths that neither the corrupt establishment nor the hijacked media (but I repeat myself), much less the "enlightened" subscribers of their fraudulent and propagandistic idiocy, have any interests in divulging. Some of what the book highlights has already been put to question by observers (while totally ignored and distorted by the powers that be) and much of its conclusions are the same as those of any thoughtful person looking at history and facts. Yet, all this information has never been this well put together. Despite the nefarious subject, it it a very refreshing and informative book given its honesty, research, and clarity. Highly recommended.

David Icke’s books are exhaustively - both firguratively and actually - researched. He does an excellent job of giving the reader the background stories on all the players involved in 9/11. The book shows you all the corruption in our government that every American needs to know. Yes, the book is massive, but it is great reading and everything is cited. One of my criteria of a good non-fiction book is an index and David’s books always contain an excellent index. Well worth the read. Even before reading this book, I thought there was something very fishy about the “official narrative” because things did not add up. Things like the Bin Laden family hustled out of the U.S. when all other aircraft was grounded and the airspace closed. They weren’t even interviewed. Things like all the debris quickly taken away before it could be examined by forensics. And so many other examples. All of those “doesn’t add up” things are exposed and explained in the book. Well worth the money and well the time reading it.

The Trigger is an amazingly well written and researched book that will blow your mind. Everything you read here will leave you breathless and unable to stop reading. I have read other books that deal with many of the topics presented here and I can categorically say that David Icke not only did his homework, he did it damn good. He is by my estimation one of the finest documentary writers out there and one that goes well beyond the headlines and exposes to bring you something richer and much deeper. Before you read any other books on 9/11, or any other book on government crimes and cover-ups (Iran-Contra, the Clinton crime family, the pedophile cabal that runs this entire planet) read this book. It will leave you hungry for more. Mr. Icke's inimitable and entertaining style is at once entertaining and thought-provoking. Please read this book before it gets banned and removed from Amazon, because it bloody well could be....

I am surprised at how David I. Is able to lay out the super elites evil plan with such clarity. I’ve read some of this before but I am able to comprehend extremely well. Everything makes so much more sense. When I got this very thick book, I thought either I’d be bored or finish years later, neither are true. Fluid addictive reading so much so my eyes make me put the book down begrudgingly. I am hooked. I , like so may others have never believed the official story that (they, the elite, sold us). And, when we saw boy Bush’s face when he was told, ,he had a sick smile that he tried hard to hide. Yes, they enjoyed the pain and shock that they (the elitists) gave us. Another book to read is of course David Ickes but “Under An Ionized sky” The Space Fence Lockdown. Thanks David for all your hard work fighting for truth.

I really like David Icke. I’ve listened to many of his lectures and interviews. I have read many of the references he cites in the book, for example, Dr. Judy Wood. However I think the book covers too much for one volume. I think this book could have been made into 3 or 4 volumes with footnotes and references. The way it’s laid out makes it difficult to Wade through. In my case, I know a lot of what is related in this text already but if I were reading it as a novice it would be overwhelming. The first part is extremely dense with historical information.

The "Hidden hand" and their works described in great detail.

David Icke does not expose his personal beliefs on conspiracy theories and crazy talk - rather the author actually provides specific primary, secondary and tertiary evidences to not only suggest, but prove, that the U.S. Government had a specific role to play in the tragedy of September 11, 2001. While most dyed-in-the-wool America "firsters" will decry this book as a work of fiction - sadly, I know the majority of them will never educate themselves on the truth of what certain American politicians continue to do in the name of Globalism. The United States of America is a great country. It has many valued assets, and a wonderful populace. However, as Mr. Icke clearly illustrates in this book - many "so-called" Americans such as the President Bush(es), Dick Cheney, Rudy Giuliani, Hillary Clinton, Oliver North and others in high positions of power are psychopaths hell bent on destroying the freedoms Americans once enjoyed. This book should be required reading for anyone who ever blindly supported the U.S. Government without realizing that it is disgustingly corrupt to its core. Thankfully this book gives hope. We know who the enemy truly is . . . and they don't reside overseas or in some far off distant corner of the earth. The enemies of the American people and the peace seeking citizens of this world reside in the Beltway of Washington D.C. And yes, even within the halls of Congress and the White House. Thank you David Icke for telling the truth like no one ever has about the time line of what happened on that fateful day in September 2001. A lot of noble souls tried to stop it but were prohibited by the very men and women of the U.S. Government sworn to protect the American people. May these psychopaths meet their due justice once day. And may ignorant Americans stop looking to the person occupying the White House as some god like savior. From Obama to Trump, and from Truman to Roosevelt, our U.S. President's are sociopaths without any remorse whatsoever for the harm, death and destruction they deliberately inflict on their own citizens. They could care-a-less.

Great book. The author, in the first part, explains why 9/11 was so important for the hidden agenda. In the second part (the most interesting) the authors unveils, for the very first time, the REAL “power that be”, namely the cult that control the world behind the scenes. By far the best book of David Icke.

Not Icke's best work, too many guesses with holes in the evidence, but overall very interesting.

This is not conspiracy 'theory', it's hardcore evidence, and anyone who wants to know what's really going on in the world needs to read this book. Not only is this book a heavyweight, but the investigative research within is mind-blowing. The truths within the pages will have you re-thinking the 9/11 story the public was fed by mainstream media, etc. David Icke is an excellent author whom I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to those who are "awake," and open to a different perspective on what's really going on in the world. WARNING! what you learn in this book, you can never unknow and may wish you could go back to not knowing.
