The packaging is appealing, the product itself works, however, I would like there to be less pills to take at once. Taking three pills at once is a nuisance to say the least. They should be able to make it so that you're swallowing one pill instead of three. this has helped me with my mobility and decreased pain. There have been no side effects, another plus for me. I had arthroscopic knee surgery last month, I started taking the glucosamine chondroitin pills the day I received them in the mail. I took for more than 7 days and stopped for three days as I wanted to see for myself if they worked before my follow up with my doctor. I definitely noticed a difference in that I had pain again after I stopped the pills. I reported this to my doctor as well who suggested I keep taking them. I definitely will.

I'm in my 60s, so sore joints and arthritis are facts of my life. I have used other Glucosamine and Chondroitin products. This one was less expensive, so I gave it a try. Within a week, I could tell a difference. I always had stiffness in the morning and my arthritis acted up depending on how physically active I was the day before. This product has improved on both the stiffness and arthritis. This summer time of year is very busy with gardening and I hate to be sidelined because of pain. Also walking alot when we are on a trip can make my arthritis excrutiating and I hate to be the wet blanket or consume handfuls of arthritis pain meds. I appreciate this is a US company and the capsules are Vegan. The capsules are large, but don't have a bad smell or taste. I am moving more and sleeping better. What more can you ask from a product!

I have not taken the full 30 day supply of this supplement so it is hard to say how effective it is. I do suffer from shoulder pain and am trying this to help with inflammation. The product is vegan and also made in the USA. It also has short ingredient list. I know turmeric helps with pain and inflammation as I drink turmeric tea and that has been helpful. My only drawback is the serving size is three pills. I take some other supplements and three pills is more than I want to take. Most joint supplements are 2-3 pills daily so if it works it's not a deal breaker. I am hoping to alleviate some lower back pain as well. I have noticed after a few days of taking this that my shoulder does not ache as much when I get up in the morning.

Seems to work good. Will buy it again.

I had to give these away to my sister as I’m on blood thinners and can’t take Tumeric. I can’t give a review not knowing how they work.

I am a recently retired military member who has run about 3 to 5 miles per day about 3 to 6 days per week for the past 30 years. Resulting gradually increasing joint pain in my left big toe and right hip eventually nearly paralyzed my toe and made moving painful, particularly after resting for a while. I finally tried this product when the toe pain became constant, even while resting, and as an alternative to pain relievers, which only marginally worked for a few hours. I noticed positive and far longer lasting relief almost immediately. I can fully flex my big toe again without enduring searing pain, my hip pain has nearly disappeared and I am far less stiff and sore. While the pain has not completely disappeared, it is much better. I feel a bit like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz after Dorothy applied a little oil to his joints. Just wish I had started taking these supplements years ago.

I regularly take MSM, Turmeric and Curcumin for joint pain, however I have not taken Glucosamine and Chondroitin regularly. Since receiving this supplement a week ago, I've been taking this instead of the Turmeric MSM as it includes both of these. I have noticed an improvement in stiffness in my knees and back, however I feel that I need to take it longer to see a marked improvement in inflammation. I wasn't aware that this product was vegan as it is not as important to me as it would be to others, but that is a great feature for vegans who haven't been able to take Chondroitin before. I would recommend this product and company- I've ordered other products from them and wasn't entirely satisfied, however they took care of it and I'm happy with the resolution.

Easy to swallow. Large capsules.

Very worried about the effect of this in our body since near empty capsule can pass through quality check...WAKE UP PLEASE!!
