Eaz-LiftElite Replacement Spring Bar - 1200 lb. Capacity (48097)

After upgrading to 6 batteries on the tongue for Boon docking, my 800 LB Bars were struggling to keep up with the added weight. These 1,200 LB Bars did the trick. I just removed the U Bolts and chains from the old Bars and installed them on these new Bars and used them on my old hitch.I am happy with the results.They work greatThanks

Upgraded to bigger camper. I had the 1000 pounds rated bars. Going to try these 1200 pounds ratings on it instead. Camper says it’s a 960 pounds tongue weight. Gives me a little more leeway.

Worked as expected. Plugged right in. Wish came with chain. But happy with purchase.

The spring bar is as expected and fine. As others have noted, the packaging is NOT sufficient for their weight. I had to order 4 to get the 2 I needed. Two packages had the bar come out of the box completely during shipping. One was tagged “undeliverable” and the other was delivered as an empty box with a hole in it that I am now pursuing a refund on. I note that UPS was the carrier on both the unsuccessful ones. Amazon and USPS delivered the ones I finally received.
