Kutchina AMC Fraud Scam
I am writing to raise awareness regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) fraud that is being run by Kutchina.We purchased a 3-year AMC for our Kutchina Chimney On 16th August 2023 and we entered into an agreement with Ikonic Kitchen Appliances, a franchise of Kutchina.Despite our payment of Rs. 3250/-, we have not received a single maintenance service as per the terms of the contract.Our repeated attempts to seek assistance through Kutchina’s pan-India customer care number have been met with constant deflection and delay.We lodged multiple formal complaints, yet it has been over a month, and we remain without any response or resolution.Every time when we call their official customer care number, the same person receives the call and assures us that some service technician will call us on priority, to perform the maintenance, but we have never received any such calls till date.We have followed up with the customer care repeatedly in the course of the last one month and yet the result is still the same.Hence we understand that Kutchina is now running a bogus AMC fraud scheme, wherein once they sell an AMC contract to a loyal customer then they keep delaying their after-sales services so that the customer finally gets tired of chasing them and eventually gives up.Beware of this type of AMC fraud schemes that are being run by Kutchina and please do not fall into this trap!

Very poor quality of glass with poor services.Glass of hob has been broken and with multiple followup still i am struggling for service engineer for visit.Strongly saying not to go with such kind of non professional companies like kutchina who donot care the customer.

Filterless Autoclean is best option in Kutchina
Filterless Autoclean is best option in Kutchina.I purchased fieona bk, it has best features compared to previous brand which i used.it got led lamps and filterless + autoclean technology which makes better, because, previously we used baffle filter chimneys which are headache to clean and frequency of taking in and out of filters made them worn out soon and frquency of service is more.kutchina has got really good service.all 3 services in a year they follwed up and done it

Installation service of kutchina is very poor. My chimney was installed today after 10 days of delivery and it has a high noise.
