Good, but instruction did not apply to product received
I ordered the Skull Hooker for "small and medium game". That is what I received. However the instructions that came with the product must have been for the larger size. The template to drill the holes was not the right size, and the screws described in the instructions were not the sizes that were received. Not a big deal, as I figured it out myself, but mistakes could be made by following these wrong instructions. But the product worked great for the small whitetail antlers I mounted for my grandson.

My 12 year old can use these!!
I have a 12 year old son who collects deer sheds and skulls for his outdoor/hunting themed room. I purchased 4 of these mounts and he was able to use them by himself. We have purchased very expensive European mounts in the past, however we prefer these. These are very sturdy no movement after mounting. My son is also in the process of mounting a few fish on logs, he is 100% confident that he can mount anything with these. Will be buying several more!!!

Husband Loved it!
Great gift for husband. He really wanted his irregular antlers mounted. Taxidermy guy wanted $100 and it would have been the standard mount.... boring. This one, can be taken down and shown to his friends and out right back up. Everyone comments on it.

Works great on deer that have skull cap removed
I've got a blacktail deer that has the skull cap removed because I planned on doing a shoulder mount with it. Decided to get one of these bone hookers to hang it up. Easy to screw it into the bone and hang up. Love these skull hookers and bone hookers.
