Quality item
These take some getting used to; but I’m very happy with the quality and ease of use (after an adjustment period from using 4 dpns)

Fantastic alternative to Double Pointed Needles!
I’m a beginning knitter (but experienced fiber worker) trying out different ergonomic tools and adaptive techniques to learn which ones might work for me. My hands are affected with multiple conditions that make many of the usual yarn tensioning methods difficult and/or painful. For the past month I’ve been practicing with several types of needles to acquire the skill and tension control to begin to knit socks. Yesterday I worked with double pointed needles for the first time—although this was not impossible, it was very challenging—the points of the non-working needles kept on getting in my way and I had trouble maintaining the required extra tight tension. This morning, I took out the FlexiFlips with low expectations. Even during the first few rows of my practice pattern, I could tell these needles were a joy to use. Although they are expensive, they are totally worth it to me. Here’s why:1) My favorite feature—these needles are flexible so the non-working needle tips bend comfortably out of your way.2) The stitches glide along the needle shaft but the curve helps to prevent stitches from falling off.3) The choice of two tip types (narrow tapered and slightly rounded) is a nice option.4) Handling two + one needle instead of three/four + one makes everything simpler—fewer transfers/seams. Even those of us who, like me, are math-impaired can handle dividing the stitches by two.5) Maintaining the required tight tension isn’t a such a struggle. As you work, the knitted rows will begin to “spring” back at you and hold the tension on their own.6) Using the FlexiFlips was actually fun. I’m ready to try a sock pattern!Highly recommended.

ingenious!!
Extremely comfortable to use. I invested a nice sum into ChiaGoo the shorties set. Tried to love them but they weren't comfortable for me personally. I do have the red lace Chiagoo full set and I love it. But for small circumferences the shorties set turned out to be not a solution for me. I've been contemplating to try the flexible dpn's for quite awhile. Decided finally and I am very happy I did. Very easy to use and super comfortable. I'm on my way to finish the sleeves of a baby romper. The speed of knitting is great. I knitted the legs with the shorties and it was very uncomfortable and frustrating. I will definitely buy every size as I need per project until I have the full set.Highly recommend!!

Flexiflips for life
What a simple yet genius invention to make knitting in the round more fun! These little contraptions are a game changer, especially if you have hand pain. No more inflexible needles poking all over the place. It does feel different, so it takes some getting used to, but I’m never going back. Also, the two ends of each needle have a different tip style, so you can test drive the different Addi tips and use whichever you prefer. I didn’t think I’d like their lace tips, but now that I’ve tried them, I’m sold.

Pricey for what they do.
I love Addi needles, but these are pricey for a set of floppy double points. I bought them to bind off the baby hats that I knit on a 9” circular needle. I wanted to love these, but they are very long and were awkward for my use. I sent them back and use magic loop instead.

flexiflips - Something new but i like them
After viewing these FlexiFlips Double Pointed Knitting Needles on various how to videos, when the other circular needles I had were not working for me, I decided to try them for a project I wanted to do. The learning curb was short to get the feeling for them, and I am not disappointed (no pun intended here) . It is good to have these alternatives in your needle stash if you are a frequent knitter.

Love these flex double points
Knit socks fairly regularly and am still divided between the new tiny circulars and these flexi needles. These seem to give a little more space to work on. Excellent needles. I've bought 0-3.
