Quality Basin Tap
I was impressed with the tap from the moment I opened the box. It was well packed and all items present. The only problem I had, was with the size of the hole in the basin. It was too large for the tap. But this easily overcome by using a large washer underneath. Highly recommended.

Good price for a good product
Once I opened this , it seemed very sturdy, comes with everything necessary for the installation. Works quite well too. I'm aware I could have gone with a lot pricier product, but needed something functional at a lower cost.Couldn't be happier

Only lasted a year
My plumber installed this tap for me a year ago in time for Christmas. I was very pleased with it and thought it was great. However, now, a year after installation, although the batteries have still not needed replacing, a leak has developed from the mixer valve. My plumber has had a look and said it is a sealed unit that he is unable to fix and the tap will have to be scrapped. For the amount of money it cost I expected to get more wear out of it. There is only myself in the house and I rarely have visitors. I have tried to report the issue but have been unable to get through to anyone, as the system just keeps telling me that it is too late to return it and won't give me any other means of reporting the issue.

Could not fit tap to basin. Missing part
Dissatisfied missing part lock but. Had to call plumber at cost!!!

The media could not be loaded. I'm very happy with this product. Heavy-duty and responsive.

Outlet to tap should ideally be ar the top for sink undermount
Awkward to side fit as necessary to avoid basin trap and drain

Not good enough
Better than a cheap plastic tap but the quality isnt there. Returned and bought a couple of well known branded taps for similar price.
