This multi use oil arrives beautifully packaged. No off odors, which I've found in some suspiciously cheap rosehip oils.I've been using it on my face, as well as cuticles and even the ends of my hair. Wonderful oil with great results.

I'm not as fond of this rosehip oil as expected, finding it more on the greasy side for rosehip oil. It could be the other ingredients used that make it feel a little greasy to me. Also, the scent for rosehip oil is strong and not what I normally expect. I don't want scented oil for my face which is where I expected to use this relatively expensive product. That said, I think it will moisturize skin and help in terms of exfoliation.

I'm thrown a bit by Germaine de Capuccine's Multi-generational Rosehip Oil, which means the oil should be combined with an anti-ageing ingredient that prevents cellular damage produced by UV rays, but the brochure says that it's 100% Rosehip Oil. The deeper yellow golden color is indicative of quality oil, not over-processed, but the scent is heavily fragranced so much that it can't even be washed off with soap and water. Why oh why do companies do this? I immediately got a severe respiratory allergy reaction and my skin itches from the fragrance.Rosehip oil does not smell like roses. It should have a lightly earthy scent, like the seeds that it comes from. But, this scent smells like an overpowering men's cologne or after-shave. No matter how wonderful its effects, I can't get past the scent allergy. Rosehip oil can produce such an allergic reaction or even anaphylaxis, so be cautious if you're sensitive like me. Sadly, this is the case of another over-fragranced skincare product that I can't use simply because of the scent.If it works for you and the scent is agreeble, be sure to store it in the fridge. Rosehip Oil goes "bad" or rancid easily in the light or heat. It will only last 6 months after opening, but the fridge can maintain and prolong the integrity of the oil. Results take up to 8 weeks, so this is a daily commitment as far as I'm concerned and I don't use the same products every day. Why should you use Rosehip Oil? Well, it's rich in omega 3 fatty acids, retinol, and antioxidants like vitamin C. It helps heal the skin, fade scars, renew your complexion, minimize the appearance of fine lines, and even out skin tone. Beyond that, it's an excellent natural moisturizer. I very much wanted to use it and have had Rosehip oil in other products without the pungent scent, but seriously I'll have to swab it with alcohol to remove the scent. I always have to repeat that other countries tend to fragrance skincare much stronger than in the U.S. Just too strongly scented for me with allergy concerns.MADE IN SPAIN

I almost hate to admit it, but i love luxury skincare. Germaine de Cappucini is a decent luxury brand, or so it's been said. I haven't quite experienced that luxury though with the selection of skincare products I've tried.This oil has a rose fragrance - I love rose scented products, this one is ok. Its not overpowering and its not sickly sweet, so thats good. I add this oil to a rose scented moisturizer and it helps to keep my skin extra moisturized (I use it on my body). And its ok. I can't find anything better about this than any of the 15 other oils I have 🤷‍♀️ I would say whether I loved this, or whether I hated it - but I feel impassive about it. So while this isn't a bad product, this still wouldn't be my first choice for a recommendation. There are others that I would choose over this.

While rose hip oil is the first ingredient in this formula, it's followed vegetable oil, sunflower seed oil, and soybean oil. There's also some fragrance, but it's not strong. I just don't understand how this is a luxury item with a luxury price tag when most of the ingredients can be found in my kitchen. Maybe the cheap plastic bottle drives the production cost up? It feels nice on the skin, that's about the only positive I can find here.

This stuff is great!! I used Clinique Face scrub for men ( even though I am female its still great) then use this oil after and my skin just glows! Only use the scrub twice a week but the oil every day, , its just perfect for my skin.

Prodotto da usare esclusivamente la sera perchè oleoso e di lento assorbimento ma fortemente idratante, con un' ottima profumazione.

Used on dry flaky skin. Works wonders. Highly recommended.

I cannot rate this stuff highly enough. The whole range has completely transformed my skin, and I would highly recommend. The rose hip oil is lovely, it goes in and feels like it's nourishing your skin but doesn't clog it up. The bottle lasts ages as you only need one pump each time you use it- my last bottle lasted just over 3 months, and that's with using it twice a day.
