My husband ordered this to use for himself and for patients. He was going by the description that compares the firmness of this peanut to that of a lacrosse ball. My husband said that comparison is not completely accurate. He said it is definitely NOT as firm as a lacrosse ball but it is still good if you need a deep tissue release. Just be aware that if you are expecting the firmness to be equivalent to a lacrosse ball, this isn’t going to do it. Still a good product overall though.

Not sure how to rate a product when the product itself is fine it does what it’s suppose to but the item appears to be used. That was the case with this item. The plastic packaging was very used looking and not completely closed. I’m guessing it was a return. The product appeared to have some scuff marks or visible used markings. It doesn’t affect the overall products design usage it’s just disappointing that you expect a new product and you get a used or returned on. So instead of charging me $10, it should have cost me $7 or something. I washed it with soap and water to make sure it didn’t have COVID. I didn’t bother taking a picture of it.

My back cracked perfectly several times with the first roll! Not too hard and not too soft. The only downside is the rubber outside skin grabs onto your shirt a little bit .

I have chronic muscle spasms in my upper back. I carry this in my purse and use it daily. When my back and shoulders are so tight that my arms are weak and numb, a couple minutes of rolling on this against a wall loosens everything up again. I love that the peanut shape makes it easier to control it rolling up and down your spine. I also have an individual ball for doing the front of my shoulders, where this one is a little awkward, but if I could only have one, this would be it. It’s also great for rolling out your arms.

Disappointed. These are very firm. No squish. No give. Like a rock. I’m sure that is a plus though for some usage. Just not what I wanted them for. I needed a little give for the spine.

I needed a dual ball massager for recovery therapy. This is great for overall use, even plantar rolling. Its durable and holding up with almost daily use for a couple of months now.

Best used lying on the floor, or leaning against a chair

Bought this to use for stretching, which it works well for, and also discovered it can be a great chew toy for a puppy!

Juste WOW, je l'aurais commandé bien avant avoir su. Je l'adore, juste le caoutchouc qui desfois pince la peau et fait remonter le vêtement mais pour le soulagement et le prix tellement bas ca en vaut la peine. J'avais besoin de quelque chose pour masser de haut en bas les 2 côtés de ma colonne. C'est super merci
