Do i need to use marine salt, or can i use pickling salt or aquarium salt?

You can use pickling salt as long as it is uniodized. I use it all the time. Dechlorinate your water and add baking soda to raise the pH.

Should these eggs be floating? Aren't brine shrimp eggs supposed to sink to the bottom? Mine wont sink no matter what.

They float at first until they absorb water. You need a bubbler to keep the water moving continuously.

What is too hot to have eggs delivered? Its 100+ everyday here right now and im worried about the eggs sitting on the porch/in a truck

Don’t matter …they still need salt water to hatch. Once you get them keep them in the fridge

These are awesome.

I have been using this brand of BBS, and have yet to experience any hatching or survivability issues. They were the first ones I ever tried. They have been so easy to hatch, that I even use disposable plastic cups with tank water. I feed my saltwater fish everyday and their behavior is always the same, a feeding frenzy. It has been especially useful for my Banggai Cardinal which only takes live food. I couldn't stress enough how much your fish will like it, strongly recommend it.

Great eggs

Great hatch rate with these. I keep them in the fridge and they've lasted me about a year, maybe two. Easy to set up. I recommend using the aquarium co-op instructions to get the best hatch rate for these. My fish loved the fresh BBS.

Questionable Product (Roll of the Dice)

I have mixed feelings about this product. I have purchased this product on four different occasions. I have received pretty good result from only one of the purchases. on the first purchase the product produced as promised, with a high/impressive hatch rate. As for the second, third, and fourth purchases, this product was an absolute let-down. The hatch rate was disappointing to say the least. No matter what variant of supporting products use the results were the same (Horrible). To put things in prospective, from one .05 oz packet it produced barely enough Baby Brine Shrimp (BBS) for a partial feeding. From the Two 1oz packets the results a were just as disappointing. For transparency, Purchase 1: I used mediterranean sea salt (MSS) along with this product (Very good results). Purchase 2, 3, and 4: I tried the MSS again this time the process produced no noticeable hatchling. Then I tried the product with aquarium salt, and then marine salt which also failed to produce a noticeable improvement to the number of hatchlings. So, based on my observation/opinion I think the product deserves the rating of one star for now.

Good quality, but I believe that the hatch rate is lower than the 90 percent advertised.

Of course, the true hatch percentage would be hard to calculate, but doing a side-by-side of other 90 percent products, this one appears to yield smaller batches.

Hatching rate doesn’t meet

The media could not be loaded. I tried 4 times with different parameters but my best hatching was around 60% even with a professional incubator and perfect conditions like temperature, PH, aeration 😞
