I am a new mommy who was looking for a way to make my stomach go back flat. NOOOOOOOTHING I was doing was working. Started to get depressed and let go of my body because I felt like my stomach was getting fatter and looser. Took a chance on this belt and it is THE BEST!!! I feel like this has decreased my stomach size more than sit ups have. I wear it all day at work (desk job) and take it off in traffic to get home, then put it back on to workout in! Its great! the first wrap strap keeps a comfortable fit that is NOT too tight or too snug to breathe, and the smaller straps is what grips the body well to make everything compressed for the flat tummy! Get it New Mommies!!!! I wish I was confident to post my transformation picts, but naaaaaaah sorry! I am buying one for my mom now who is on a weight loss journey as well!

I like this waist trainer a lot. I love the shape it gives me, after I adjust it the way I want it, and how it supports my bad. The ONE thing I will say that I'm not a huge fan of is the fact that when I sit or move around a bit, too much, the elastic like bands ride up. I wish there was a way to adjust them the way you want and for them not to move from the place you've positioned them in.All-in-All I think this product is a good one. I'd recommend it to those who are use to wearing a waist trainer. And I say that because this waist trainer is something you'd need to get used to. The forst few times I wore it, if I took deep breaths, it would become hard to breathe a bit. It felt like my insides were just being squeezed together, technically they were, but with little to no room. But after a while, I could wear it with no problem.So, if you can deal with being a bit uncomfortable for the first few times you wear it...go ahead.

Yes, I ordered this in hope of trimming down my waist. I ordered THIS one because the construction made it look like it would provide good back support which I need. Another good feature over the other trainers I looked at is the closure method. It has wide strong Velcro instead of hook and eye closures. I have arthritis in my hands so this is so easy to put on and adjust.I'm 5' and 140 lbs and the medium fits perfect. I'm not having any issues with the garment digging in anywhere. No rolls or bulges at the over the top or underneath. You CAN'T slouch in this thing. With the support in the lower back, it's an immediate improvement in posture, back straight and shoulders back.It immediately slimmed down my middle. I had to go down a notch on my belt. You are going to sweat in this, which is a factor in the longer term effects of wearing a trainer. I'd wear it for the back support alone, and I'm looking forward to seeing results down the road.

I love how it feels, it’s very comfortable and it helps so much with my posture. I just got it today and I just can’t take it off. I can’t wait to begin my workouts. By the way my waist is 31 inches I’m 5’6 and I weigh about 155. I ordered a medium.

Doesn't work. Best for back support or squats but is too short for lower an fat and uppper fat. Doesn't cover it all. So I returned and bought a differ brand with all the hook closures. DONT BUY FOR WAIST TRAINING!!!!

for me to be so skeptical about this product and now using it in my favorite dress and getting the results I wanted...I have to give this one 5 stars because it deserves it

I am 5'4 about 150lbs and I thought this would fit me. I got a medium and it was definitely too small. Don't buy this if your torso is long bc it doesn't go all the way down your waist.also mine was too small
