BlackBerry HS700 Wireless Bluetooth Headset - Retail Packaging - Black

A very good product. It took some time to find out which of the various earpieces could be used to secure the headset to my ear. The instruction booklet could have been more specific and better illustrated. Something was lost in the translation. It couples easy with the BlackBerry.

This would not stay paired to my blackberry and eventually stopped working all together. It no longer provides the voice activation when turned on and the customer service site is difficult to navigate. I was not able to locate any information to take me to any support for this issue or this product. This was the second Blackberry Bluetooth product I purchased. The first was a cheaper model and when it failed in a short time, I figured, "you get what you pay for", and purchased this more expensive one and believed is should do the trick. I don't believe Blackberry is good at providing Bluetooth wireless technology.

This headset works fine. The down side it has only four hours of battery life. Not good when you are away from home for more than four hours. I got upset with I found out the I could of bought this same headset for $31.95 shipping included at all4cellulur.com. Well Amazon.com this beats the low prices that you claim you have. If I were you I would have the seller do a price match. I am very disappointed amazon com customer.

I love the sound quality and the talk time but the voice commands do not work for me. I been trying since I got the device with no luck. It's like it doesn't here me, it ask me to try again in the middle of my sentence. I've tried talking loud, low, high pitch, low pitch, windows up, windows down, radio on/off but nothing works. None of the ear pieces are perfect but I have found one I can live with. The reason I keep this bluetooth is because of the sound quality and the talk time, if either of these were bad I would have sent it back.

it sounds great, both for me and whoever i'm talking to. the one "issue" was finding the proper combination of doohickeys to get it to fit in my ear securely (i've got big ears). the fact that there were plenty of loops and other things to work with was great, it just took some trial and error, which i don't mind since i can now pop it in and not worry about it moving around, let alone falling out. i still haven't mastered all the technical and hands-free features, but having tried them out they're pretty kewl.

Thank you for fulfilling my need for an ear piece for my new cell phone. This product does far more than just allow me hands free usage. I have programmed this ear piece to get the perfect usage. I really appreciate the automatic turn on ear piece and voice command option, which I never had on my previous ear pieces. The price was just right and the performance of this ear piece exceeded my expectations!

I was a little skeptical when I found the item on Amazon going for only 24 bucks odd, but I purchased it anyway (at the very worst... how bad could it be, right?) Was pleasantly surprised to find that I got the whole retail packaging set delivered to me. It works WONDERFULLY WELL, easy to pair with (i'm using a BlackBerry Torch) and looks and FEELS significantly better in the hand - as compared to how it looks in pictures. Am giving this a full FIVE STARS for both functionality, aesthetics, price and packaging. Am an extremely satisfied customer. :)
