Exactly what I was looking for!
I looked through a lot of similar devices before settling on this one. It was in the right price-positive review range. I am not disappointed!First: the functionality. The suction power is great, the different tips are fun and easy to remove and clean. It comes with another little replacement sponge, a charger, and a little acne extractor tool kit, which i use a little. I also like the box it came in. I just keep everything in the box it came in as it is sturdy enough to last for awhile. It charged quickly and has maintained a charge for a long time. it's easy to change the suction power and it displays the battery life on the screen so I don't have to guess.Second: skin results. I get so much out of my skin each time I use it. I feel like a gross human sponge that oozes goo continuously. Which is why this product has become a necessity to me! I followed the directions on how to use it for the most part. It's easy to get obsessive and keep it over one spot, but don't! That's how you'll get those red spots and stripes. It truly is best to start on the lower setting and work up or down depending on your skin sensitivity. I have one of those freezable eye mask things and I just put it on or held it on my face for awhile and the redness would diminish or go away. If it didn't it went away overnight. Probably because I started on the lower settings any redness didn't last long. It seems like my skin has built up more resilience because now I use it on higher settings and I don't get red lines much if at all. However, I don't use this every day. I use it once to 3 times a week depending on how busy my life is. I think that helps so your skin can heal from the stress the suction can cause. I get the most gunk out from the nose-corners and I think it has helped to reduce the size of my pores! I mostly use it on my nose, chin, and the spot in between my eyebrows. The chin seems to be the most sensitive area for me. I also scar the most there. I feel like this device removes dead skin and surficial debris and oil. I'm not a professional at all so take this comment as pure speculation, but I feel like it draws the deep down stuff up and up to the surface for my chin area, especially. I have been getting some more bumps there. I'm hoping that over time I can draw all that deep down stuff up and get rid of it and eventually just have more surficial stuff to deal with. So do or don't do the chin area depending on how you feel about tackling this, maybe? But my acne is mostly cystic, so I'm hoping that over time I can reduce that. When I have those bigger cystic ones, I use the metal instruments that came with it, suctioning it once you pop it doesn't seem to do anything but pull blood into the machine and you probably don't want that, so follow their advice and leave it alone!Third: cleaning! I use a Q-tip to clean in the different attachments during and after use. When I'm all done, I clean everything with rubbing alcohol. I suggest you do this for everything you use on your skin so nothing gross gets on ya while you're trying to get all pretty and pampered!Additionally, I use that freezable eye mask to close pores and soothe skin after use. I also use a jade roller for the cooling reason and it just feels nice. I also got this little face scraper/massager thing from Boketto Wellness in Richmond, VA (you can probably find similar things in other places, but I got mine there) and rub it around my face when I'm bored to improve circulation. I also scar really easily and I used to use Mederma which would help after a while, but this new scar oil I got works much faster and I don't even use it as often as it recommends! It's Forces of Nature brand Scar Control.I'm pretty new to trying harder to take care of my skin (I work construction so it's not doing your gal's skin many favors) and I feel pretty good about this routine. This pore vacuum is a big component of this routine. They do dangle the carrot of a free facial steamer for a review (it's up to the manufacturer's discretion so who knows if I'll get one) but I waited awhile to see how I liked it to give you guys a good idea of how it worked out before writing this. It might work differently for you and your unique skin, but I think it's a great product! Especially at the price point.

Surprising results in less than 24 hours.
This is my wife’s review as she purchased this machine to remove blackheads and overall facial acne after using medication creams from her dermatologist the past five years was not enough ...I wanted to push the process forward because the acne keeps coming back. I never had acne until after pregnancy. Once the Blackhead Remover arrived, I read the instructions. I did not wash or use anything on my face. I do not use my med creams in the mornings. I have sensitive skin and use additional sunscreen to protect my skin during the day.First I steamed my face as stated in the instructions but intermittently using the large and midsized suction cups on the lowest level. The images are in the afternoon before steaming my face. The evening after steaming, suctioning, and moisturizing mask. The suction strength was unexpected. But I read the instructions and used circular motions with low level strength as stated in the instructions. I tried increasing but quickly reverted to the lowest suction. It’s also why I steamed three times. I have dry sensitive skin. Steaming until my face was dripping with moisture was important as it makes suctioning easier. So I steamed away and suctioned and repeated until satisfied. This includes using the tools which mimic what we do with our fingers to pop, squeeze, and scrape. TO BEST SEE THE RESULTS I SHAVED. I wanted to see if it really worked. Then, I waited 5 -10 minutes at least to allow my skin to recover before putting a moisturizing mask on. Being I have sensitive dry skin, I use masks that refresh or cool my face. I left the mask I used on to calm my facial sensations as well as moisturize. Once removing the mask I did nothing else. So, my skin looked reddish and was sensitive to the wind blowing on my face when I stepped outside that evening. Those photos show the reddish areas after. But, I left my skin to recover doing nothing else to it. In the morning after, I woke up and took the final pictures. If you have never had a facial of any kind or are not familiar with skin care processes, I encourage you to learn before using. Your skin will NOT look or feel great after the process. This was very close to professional grade suctioning which is why I wanted to purchase my own; to save money. Most don’t realize that putting more in our hair and on our skin is worse than pushing a little natural based “leave it alone” which works best. In this case suction instead of naturally squeeze/pop and leave it alone is all that was needed. I was very impressed. Note I never had acne of any kind until having two children that are 5 and 9 so results may not be the same. IMAGES ARE POSTED IN STAGES. Before doing anything. After moisturizing with redness and sensitivity. Lastly, the morning after. It’s only the left side as that day it was the worst.

Bribery for reviews; leaves suction marks for days.
I ordered this based off the great reviews and the first thing you see when you open the box is a little slip of paper asking you to review the product. In exchange, certain reviews, chose at their discretion, will receive a free facial steamer. Gee, I wonder which reviews will be chosen. So, now I really wonder about all these 5 star reviews and their validity.I've tried the larger and smaller suction head both on the lowest suction power. The smaller one was okay, but it's hard to get a seal around the grooves of your nose, but it did pull some whiteheads out from the area where I could get a seal. I tried the larger head on the lowest power and it didn't pull anything out, but it left my chin looking like someone had been sucking on my face - for two days. It's still there. Not an ideal result.

it really works!
I've been using Biore strips for as long as I can remember and often not always getting the best results despite me waiting for the strip to completely dry. It always seemed as if it wasn't sticky enough so i began to look at other options. This device legitimately works. My face is pretty good except for my nose which tends to get blackheads and I couldn't believe how great this device worked on the first go. I used some warm water to open my pores and started off at suction level 1, even at 1 I was getting great results. I began using level 2 but I must warn people do *not* leave it in a area for any prolonged period of time, you have to glide it along your skin as if you combing your hair. For most folks suction level 1 is more then enough, I haven't gone beyond 2 as I feel there is no need. Overall I got a ton of grime and gunk off my nose and I'm looking forward to continuing to use this product.
