Best of luck to your eyes
When I began to take it [as part of a series of supplements to help my eyes deal with cataract], my eyes reacted very well to it. The colors were more vivid for a day or 2, I could read without glasses.... About 1 month later, I can't see [pun intended] the difference between taking it or not anymore, so i'm still looking for my *ideal* General/Eye supplement..This said, this product is quite worth a try, I'd think. Improvement in vision!
I really noticed an improvement in my vision and it was confirmed by my retinal specialist. The macular pucker also improved!

No improvement
It may be generally good for your eyes but I saw no discernible improvement in my vision after a month of taking this. I thought I'd give it a whirl but it seems that the benefits are much over-hyped. The one other review here is exactly the same as on their website so I'm not sure it's real.
