I carry this thing around everywhere! It is quite possibly the best investment in workout gear I've ever made! You can slam it, carry it, power clean it, walk with it over your head, walk with it in one hand over your head, throw it, wall ball it, sit on it when you're tired, and its tough enough to slam on the concrete. Holy cow! Who would have thought a heavy black rubber ball could bring this much enjoyment to a person's life! The people in my neighborhood look at me like I am crazy when I'm walking around with it, especially doing the "one handed overhead" carry, or "waiter walk" as you may know it. Now I want a 100 lb and 150 lb version! This ball will make you a beast! An animal! A true vanquisher of the weak! No one will even look you in the eye when you are carrying this thing around! They look to the ground in shame, or turn green with envy, but they dare not look into your eyes. You are a catastrophic force with this ball on your shoulder! Get one! Get two! Carry them around and show your neighborhood who's the boss!

I have the 20 and the 40. Bought both in 2017 and used them a good bit. Lots of hard slams. Like I said in the title I slammed this after a freeze and it broke open like a toxic puff mushroom. The sand filling is super dusty and if this thing broke in your house that would really suck. But overall these surpassed my expectations. I was expecting them to last a few months or something. I wouldn't buy them for a gym but for personal use they are awesome.I came back to write this review cause I just broke the 40lb and walked inside to order another literally right away. I'm sure there are quality control issues and flukes like any of these affordable category fitness brands, but my experience was good enough to buy another one right away.

Very fast delivery, more than a week ahead of Amazon predicted delivery schedule. The ball is not spherical. It was misshapen when I took it out of the box, more like an oval. I’m not too concerned with that though since it’s not really necessary for it to be spherical to meet its purpose.

My personal trainer recommended this and for the price point and quality, I am sure glad he did! It has a good grip, its high in quality, and its perfect for the purpose it serves. With Amazon Prime, it's Amazing how they get this heavy ball to you as fast and easy as they do (Prime only available on some weight options). My trainer has a lot of experience with different types of gym equipment and he said when it comes to weight balls, this is your best bang for the buck. I am not a gym rat or anything, just an average guy trying to get into shape and the weight of this ball seems perfect for cardio and cross training. It is also very versatile as there are many variations of exercises you can do with it. j/fit seems like a great company with wonderful insight in fitness gear and a great customer support staff (they follow up with you and back their products up). Whether you want to start training at home or are a gym junkie, this ball will do it!

I have owned this for over 3 years now and I've never had an issue. It absorbs impacts like a champ! I slam, toss, roll, press, and do push-ups and sit-ups with this ball. When I slam this ball I try to destroy it and the ground it lands on...it has never leaked any of the weight granules or air. The rubber is free from cracking and the grip has not worn off despite my decision to slam it on pavement. I like this so much I decided to buy the same model when I needed to upgrade the weight.

Great for slam ball workouts. Very sturdy, feel fine slamming and throwing it on concrete. Smooth enough to not tear up your hands but enough grip to not slip
