I received my bracelet yesterday and it is very satisfactory. However it did not include the Medical Alert badge as even the item description states that it would be included. Overall this is a very comfortable bracelet, I was able to order Kid sizes as my wrists are fairly small. It came with with three different bands so no adjusting necessary, I picked the band that fit most comfortably. The band is sturdy but soft unlike some medical bracelets I have had before.I have contacted the company via Amazon about my issues and will update with their response.

Ordered this on February 4, 2019 and the metal ID plate has already fallen off and is lost.

Based upon the photo this medical ID bracelet tag is big enough to read with ease. When I opened the box I immediately noticed that the tag was very small with a font size so tiny I could not read it easily. The strap was a rubber-like wrist band that required cutting and then latch and tag assembly. No instructions were included. Not what I expected based upon the product description. On the positive side the return policy was good and the bracelet was sent back with no problem.

My Road ID arrived just days after I ordered it. I easily put the ID/medical info tag onto the silicone band. I wear it 100%, day and night. It is comfortable, light weight and I barely notice it. It is critical for me to wear - I have severe allergies to most antibiotics.

We liked the style and color. The ID is being used as a medical alert bracelet.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I really appreciated the personalization of this product.
