Godin Acoustic Guitar Case (39869)

I bought this for my Godin Multiac Encore. I couldn't decide between this case or the Godin 1095 hard shell case. After looking at pictures of the interior, and reading all the reviews decided to buy this one. Really glad I did. The Encore fits perfectly and it's so well built! The interior has a very well done plush fabric cover. I was a little concerned that it wasn't the typical hard-shell case but it's very solid, and frankly seems more protective of the guitar. I travel with 4 classical guitars, 6 string banjo and autoharp and was concerned this case wouldn't stand up to the bumps with the other cases. It will not be a problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this case.

It's a good case. The interior has a bad strong smell, but after a few months it went away. The guitar fits perfectly well and there is ample space for strings and things.

So nice. I really can't believe the protection level for the price and its made specifically for my guitar!!! So happy. Only just got the case but I'm going to give it a good run around with a tour in Hawaii. I really hope it holds up! Big fan of Godin.

This guitar case fits my Godin Multiac Nylon Encore like a glove. And it weighs a mere 3.6 pounds. My guitar strap (along with picks and extra strings) fit in the interior storage . The outside space isn't ample. But the single pocket can accommodate a well-coiled cable. Exterior straps allow you carry the guitar on your back. On the downside, they are not removable. A strong handle makes it easy to carry. And if you're traveling with a band, the guitar would be well protected in your truck or van. I travel with my guitar and amp in the back seat of my car. I'm delighted.

I bought this in December of 2016 and was very pleased with it until today when one if the two zipper pulls that close the case broke off. Very disappointed in zipper quality although the case itself is great.Update: I contacted Godin customer service and they are replacing the Case. I am very satisfied with their customer service. They promptly provided shipping authorization to return the defective case for replacement.
