1/4-20 Hex Drive Threaded Inserts for Wood - 40 Pieces

I used these when building a crib. They go in easy and look great. I was impressed by the quality and the attention to detail the sellers had. The bag had all the size information and drilling requirements. I used 24 of them and they each performed well. They even included an allen wrench. I have plenty of them, but it is nice to keep everything in the same spot. Now when I store them and use them later, the directions and the allen wrench will be in the same bag. Great job, this is how buying hardware should be.

They work as expected and the quality is decent. Minus one star because the faces are a little rough looking and they have a tends to seat slightly crooked so that they do not sit perfectly flush with the surface of the wood.

Great little inserts, perfect for assembling panels that you may want to disassemble some day. Used in plywood without any issues. They seem to be die cast metal, but hold well. I wouldn't use them for high torque applications, but for most light to medium duty applications they should work great.

Well made, will take the load. Been using inserts for over 50 years, the info about testing hole sizes would have been helpful back in the day. A 6mm hex point on a low torque impact driver is the most efficient way to install. Will look for this brand again when I need more.

I make motorcycle rear racks from cutting boards. I use these inserts for additional strap anchors using eye bolts and also for camera mounts. Works great!

These are excellent inserts, sharp deep defined threads screw and hold into wood very well, nicely machined. Use with a 3/8" pilot hole. Comes with a nice plastic container, allen key; and instruction card.

Super value honestly for what the box stores charge. Bought quite a few of these for my CnC waste board.

I used a 3/8" drill for both Black Walnut and epoxy and these worked perfectly for me.

I think that i now have a lifetime supply of theses inserts. A good range of sizes neatly packaged
