It was slightly uncomfortable for 2 days but is surely effective after about 3 days of using it as your body adjusts with it. Ensure that you place it correctly as shown in the photographs. I am loving it now and I don’t feel the pain or Discomfort in back Even after sitting 3 long hours while working. Highly recommended !

I followed the reviews and ordered this cushion. I wish I hadn't as it doesn't live up to the positive reviews. It goes flat, except at the edges. It is like you aren't sitting on a cushion at all. Disapointed and returned

This is a really good buy. It is very comfortable and provides relief from sitting in an office chair all day. Would highly recommend this product for both quality, usefulness and value for money.

Bought for my Dad who has a bad case of rheumatoid arthritis and is unable to do anything but sit in his chair all day. He is very happy with this cushion saying it gives him good support and makes sitting for long periods more comfortable.

Lately, it seems all the newer office chairs are designed to throw you forward and are so uncomfortable! This cushion evened out my chair and helps so much with my lower back pain and sciatica. The memory foam / gel effect makes a big difference too. I can actually get things done on the desktop now. Thanks!

Relieves most pain

This was a disappointing purchase. The cushion was so soft it went completely flat straight away.If you're looking for support this isn't for you. It may make an uncomfortable seat slightly more comfortable. I had to return it.

Makes my dining chair into an office chair. Would recommend if you need back and seat support.
