Bought a necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday and she was super excited and the necklace looks great!

This name plate is dainty and small. Wish it was slightly bigger and the chain thicker. However if you are wanting something small and cute this is right on point for you.

Impressed with this gift and excellent customer service. I gifted these to all the women in my family one Christmas. My mother wore it till the day she died which was a few years later. The finish was still intact. Highly recommended.

I paid over $45 for this necklace and it looks & feels like a $10 one. The name plate is extremely thin and hooked onto the chain by cheap looking holders. If you're going to pay this much money for a personalized necklace, I would look elsewhere.

I love love my necklace. Only problem I had was that it never prompted me to choose length of chain. I had to get it altered, chain was too long.

Where do I begin? First of all, they accepted the use of a special character when others I consulted said no. Then, I asked several questions and they always replied and were very kind and patient. The necklate arrived sooner than expected which is always a plus considering they’re shipping from China. The only thing I’d say as constructive criticism is that the chain itself needs to be a bit thicker to prevent fears of it easily breaking. I wear it every day and I like showing it off ❤️
