Truly disappointed at first as it stopped smelling after 2 weeks. As Amazon refund expired I contacted Narciso Rodriguez Perfums Consumer Service. They confirmed Amazon is not one of their authorised resellers; therefore, they would not be able to guarantee the quality of the purchased product.Consequently I contacted Amazon a second time. After struggling to contact customer services as refund/return was not an original option. I finally managed to get a refund. They should have done so the first time I contacted them.
