Just made bread in my bread machine using this mix. It was quite tasty and easy to use. The texture was good and the smell while cooking was enticing.

So I bought a few things fm this company b/c of the long shelf life. It makes it easier with shortages that have been going on and this huge can was only $10. So good price. Good shelf life.It does need a lot of water and yeast. More than I’d thought being that it’s an emergency food. I didn’t think ppl would be using bread machines during the apocalypse? All this time I thought I’d be cooking on a rock in a campfire. Yeast not included. :(I’ve been making breads from scratch for a while and wanted something the kids could do. So easy was important. They provide recipes on the can, which I used.1. The bread machine recipe uses less ingredients to make dough. It does a great job. Tastes great. Used dough setting and then made dinner rolls, & sausage rolls with the basic bread recipe.2. Making the dough by hand is difficult b/c it is a WET dough. Think sourdough. I followed the directions and kneaded w the dough hook on my kitchen-aid.Tip for working wet doughs: Flour the outside after dough is kneaded. Don’t incorporate the flour into the dough, just keep it on the outside to work & shape. Flour your hands too. A lot. Flour the surface. Shape. And pinch to hold shape or dough will creep, blob, and look wonky. I made cinnamon rolls and they turned out great.In terms of taste, it’s a light, sweet bread. You can use it in anything that uses a basic sweet white dough. I’ll be using it again.

I just love making rolls, This company is the best, I had 2 cans come dented and within a few days they replaced them.

I am so happy I found this flour. First time I used today I made pizza at home. The taste and texture is better than take out pizza. I used bread recipe from can of flour. I did add sugar and other flavorings and spices to make it taste like pizza. No strange taste at all. Bottom of crust was so brown and has the chew like take out pizza but better. I have tried to bake real white bread by myself but the bread either didn't rise or when I baked it the bread was so heavy like a brick. So this bread flour is going to help me achieve a loaf of bread finally. Can't wait to try it soon. The price is reasonable for all this flour. I usually pay at least $5 for a small bag of Gold medal bread flour. The flour can be used for so many ideas. The texture is great. Taste is great. Very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Made the larger size loaf in my bread machine. I found I did have to add a little more of the mix for it to completely come together. I prefer the shape of my loaf pan over the bread machine, so just used the dough setting and baked it up in the oven. It also took about 5 min longer than the recommended time on the can. The texture was great for a very soft sandwich style bread and the taste is very pleasant. Overall this is a decent and quick way to enter into bread making or for the prepper who wants a fairy easy backup

We had a bunch of friends over and tried baked, fried, and boiled. Tastes and smells like heaven, stores easily and isnt too salty. Great purchase

First, I’ve never made bread before purchasing this product. I’m new to 10 cans and only recently discovered they exist. I used the first can up so quickly I had to buy another one. We are addicted to fresh baked bread now. Fresh baked tastes amazing. The instructions were easy. This is superior to any bread I’ve ever purchase in terms of quality. We went overboard on bread baking, I think I got 7 loaves from one can but I made breakfast loaves with cinnamon.

An excellent staple for a back up food supply. Easy to use, tasty and a great quantity for the price. For regular use and in emergencies.
