Someone left a review saying this contains folic acid
It doesn't, it contains the Methylated form that the body doesn't need to convert. Totally different from normal lab made folic acid. Excellent quality and value

Best multi in the UK!
As a nutritionist I advise my clients to take the best supplements and this is by far the best multivitamin with minerals this side of Europe! A lot of the vitamins are methylated which means they are active so the body can utilise them instantly without having to go through a conversion process which some people don't realise they cannot do efficiently. I recommend these to everyone as they are so good!
