This is very good and does what it's suppose to do. I have a 32" waist and got the large and the fit is perfect for what I want. I would recommend this for a flat stomach and it will take a couple of inches off your waist.

Ordered one for myself & my grandmother ended up taking it for back stability! Ordered a second trainer for personal use & love it so far! Phenomenal fit & wear-doesn’t scrunch down or bunch up with daily activities (taking care of a 2 year old & housework) while being used for stability has been proven effective as well. The compression looks great under clothes (no stuffed sausage look or back fat rolls here!). The only issue is the hooks-if you have a hard time using your hands or can’t see over your chest, this might be problematic for you.

I just received my Firm Abs waist trainer, except the tag says Perfect Waist on it. not Firm Abs. I ordered PINK and received PURPLE. I used this company's size chart and am disappointed. I have a 39" waist. The size chart says 3x goes up to 36.5. I received this an hour ago and can hook it on the tightest row of hooks. I don't feel the back support i was hoping for.The length is fine for me and there is no bad smell. Disappointed.

The waist trainer didn't take any inches off my waist. My natural waist is about 26 inches so I was expecting maybe 1/2 to 1 inch reduction after I put on the trainer. Because its rather bulky it actually added an inch when I measured myself.

Well made, but it was too small on me. I'll keep it for when my weight is a little lower.

Sturdy, but based on measurements could have ordered a smaller size, but still works due to several rows of fasteners. My only complaint in regards to any waist trainer- if you are curvy and smaller at top then it will be roomy at top & show but tighter around lower waist.

Tight!!! You may need help clipping it in. It definitely shapes your body. I don't like the wires though.

This is a very good quality waist trainer and I highly recommend buying this.
