I agree the book seem to take a "long" time in shipping, but I "love" the book. Love all the references to Polestar methodology.I have a library over flowing with book & manuals on Pilates, but this is the best!

The manual seems to be very thorough, covering a vast array of Pilates info. Still reading, and I must say, enjoying the read. On the subject of timely shipping, the shipping took FOR-ever. Disappointed in the huge delay in getting the book, even if it was international shipping. It took 3-1/2 weeks, a little over the top. On a positive note, the book arrived pristine.
