Light & Highly Strung
Racket arrived today. As others have said it's well packaged. I thought this racket would be light as that what I wanted but it's even lighten than expected & strings are highly strung. Won't be able to test till Sun so will update my review then.

My daughter use it for her badminton lessons. It's nice and with good outlook, she is happy with using this.

Excellent customer services
The racket worked very well for the two times I used it to play. Light and sturdy but the grip covering started to fall apart just on the second use. That was a bit disappointing. Contacted the customer services and they kindly agreed for a return/refund/replacement. I am sure this was just an aberration and overall this is a good racket.

Good quality
I have been using this racquet for 10 months and have been very pleased with it. The racquet is light and is powerful enough for myself the finis is as good now as when I first bought it

Do not buy!!
Got one for christmas... Snapped in February. Bought one in March, snapped in May! Also it came with a really sticky handle with the tape disintegrating on the handle. The bag also had writing in pen on it. Not sure why!! Won't be buying again!
