It's fine for the price, but I had to redrill the holes in both sections of wood that attach the headboard to the bed. This is because the holes in the back of the headboard where you insert the screws (not possible to move) weren't quite in line with each other and with the holes on the matching pieces of wood. I'm not explaining this very well, but suffice it to say that an electric drill and two new holes were required to fix the issue, but that's ok for the price. Otherwise fine!

When I first opened it I thought it seemed a bit flimsy and when we fixed it to the end of the bed (it does n't come with bolts to fix it onto the bed) I was afraid at first to lean back against it incase it broke but now I have had it for several weeks I find it is stronger than it looks. If it was to go against a wall this would not be a problem anyway it is just that we have the bed far enough from the wall to pull curtains behind it. I think as far as look goes it looks great

This is definitely 'the cheapest, king size headboard which was fine as I didnt want tp spend a fortune. It arrived quickly but the packaging was damaged and filthy leaving the corner of the 'white' headboard stained with mud.
